Rise and shine! ☀️ We’re busy filling the case with our signature goodies, come by for delicious treats made with @cairnspringmills flour and @pepesaya butter and enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a cup of @the.banda.life coffee.

Our new hours are 8am-3pm Wednesday through Sunday, with our kitchen opening at 9am.

Dionne spent 10 years with us at ESR, mastering pasta, leading pastry, shaping our bread programs, and becoming one of the most talented hands in our kitchens. Then she followed her gut and opened her own spot, @cloudycafeseattle in Ballard. And now we’re serving her focaccia. 🍞⁠
