Great venue. Waiting for @laraaedwardss to grace the stage with her presence. ❤️ by @clough167
Who doesn't love a 63k mile French Hot Hatch, out of 11 year dry storage. She will soon be ready for her new home. Future classic? In my view already a classic. "Nicole" "Papa". If you know you know. ❤️ by @clough167

Just a little montage of what I and @jackkinseyclough have been working on since July. Starting weight was average 87 kg, now around 81kg,with another couple to go prior to holidays. Nothing crazy with the training I tend to do 3 x full body and 3 x stretching as my older bones seem to like it. Cardio is still approx 1 hr per week. All this has been done with one major change a plan of food. Also upped my T from approx 150mg split to 300mg again split. Nothing else, no thermogenics, no T3 or clen, just hard graft, consistency and a perfect coach. The main objective for me is to tighten up a bit more and then enjoy my all inclusive and jump back on on my return home. I want to thank my son, my coach and most importantly my best friend for keeping me in check and supporting as always. Also @palaujud and @@emkinseyclough1 for pushing through with their journeys. Super proud is an understatement. @jackkinseyclough, dude you are truly the king, you have made 56 the new 30.luv ya by @clough167
Well that's gone bloody quick 28 years today you came into this world. And what a 28 years it's been. Watching you grow into the man you are, has been a pleasure. To say we are proud would not do it justice. You are a perfect human being @jackkinseyclough, humble, loving, caring, supporting not just your family and friends, but to all that meet you. Oh and you are now growing into a Massive man. It's lovely to see you and @laraaedwardss enjoy the weekend, firstly with your good friends @hollingshead89 and @mturls96 in @alphaneondarksidegym. Have a great day son myself and @palaujud are so thankful to have you as our youngest. Love you more than you know. #showtheworld #dfcgym Now go get that IFBB Olympia xxxxx by @clough167
Well that's gone quick. 30 years of watching a boy become a man. Watching and guiding you to become the person you are today. Through the ups and downs, the rights and wrongs and loving every moment. Happy 30th Joshua. I am as proud of you today as I waa on the day you arrived into the world 30 years today. Love you son 😘😘 by @clough167
Another great evening in Margam Castle and grounds with @darkwalestours. If you haven't been on one of their ghostly evenings please do. Loaded with history and information, set in some stunning places with a touch of the paranormal thrown in. Thanks again @matt_rose1 and @luke_allcock1 See you on the next one. by @clough167
