400 RIDES! WOW! Four hundred times clipping in, turning up the resistance, and dancing on a bike in a dark room. That is 400 times I showed up for myself! My legs might be tired, but the incredible energy and my DRIP family keep me coming back for more.

Thank you @taylor.lavale for yet another killer playlist and theme ride! It truly was a full circle moment. From ride 1, to ride 400 and all the rides in between-thank you for always believing in us!

And a huge thank you to all the amazing instructors and friends who sweat right beside me. I am so grateful every day for this community-it truly is unlike any other. On to the next 100! 🖤🤍🩶

Exploring the south coast of Iceland 🇮🇸

Seljalandsfoss was absolute magic, even if I got soaked in the process. Standing behind a wall of rushing water, watching the sun shine throughout was breathtaking. It’s hard to put into words how powerful this place feels. Seljalandsfoss is a reminder of how beautiful and wild our world really is! 🌎

The sea went quiet before a massive dark shape broke the surface—a humpback whale! 🐋

I was skeptical about booking a whale watching tour, but I’m so glad I did. Truly an unforgettable experience! 💙

Snæfellsnes Peninsula, also called “Iceland in Miniature,” did not disappoint! I saw lava fields, black sand beaches, dramatic coastal cliffs, and sweeping waterfalls. This 90-km stretch had a staggering amount of diverse geological beauty!

I visited the Ytri Tunga Beach, Búðakirkja (The Black Church of Búðir), Arnarstapi Coastal Walk & Hellnar, Lóndrangar Basalt Cliffs, Djúpalónssandur Black Sand Beach, and Mt. Kirkjufell and Kirkjufellsfoss.

The views were breathtaking! There was just not enough time in the day! I could have spent hours at some of these locations… thank heavens I was on a tour, and Gundi our tour guy kept us moving!

Hiking Glymur, the second tallest waterfall in Iceland was a thrilling 7-kilometer (4.4-mile) and 1,320 feet vertical climb.

First, you begin your trek by slipping through the shadowy opening of Þvottahellir Cave before hitting the valley floor. Then you had to balance a narrow log over the rushing Botnsá River, holding tight to a thick guide rope. Finally you started to ascend the steep rocky walls of the gorge, which had chains and ropes installed to steady your footing as the sweeping Hvalfjörður fjord opened behind you. Once you reached the top plateau, you saw Glymur plunge nearly 200 meters into a mossy, echoing abyss. Then you kicked off your boots, and waded barefoot through the shallow, freezing glacial waters to cross the river.

This wild log-balancing, cave-crawling, and ice-cold river wading hike was dangerous and exhilarating! 🇮🇸🥾🛘

💜 300 RIDES!! WOW!! 💜

I never thought of myself as a morning person, except when I was in the Army because I didn’t have a choice, until now!

When that 4:30 AM alarm goes off I look forward to getting up and going to my home away from home to spin with the best 5:30 Crew around! I couldn’t imagine starting my day any other way!

DRIP is not just a spin studio…it’s a community of incredible people who all support each other. We celebrate each other’s achievements like our own! We are a family!
