Maybe 30 isn’t so bad after all 💖✨

2 birthday rides in 5 days. This community has shown me so much love over the last few days. @drip.spinstudio is so special and has truly become my second home. I have made countless friendships with so many of you. My favorite part of this job is not only being your instructor but also your friend too.

My heart is so full. I will never be able to thank you all enough or put into words how much you all mean to me. Every card, every gift, all the flowers, seriously you had me in tears.

I will never take for granted the opportunity I have to lead all of you each ride. You have shaped and changed me into a better person and I can only hope i’ve done the same for you.

Here’s to a new decade, 30 and THRIVING! 💖

Actually crying because what do you mean my time at @drip.spinstudio has come to an end 430 rides later?

Of course we celebrated with an EDM themed send off right last Sunday with the most killer playlist!

I don’t think I can put into words exactly what this community means to me, but I’m going to try.

When I started at drip. a little over a year ago, I was looking to get back into a consistent workout routine and enjoy a fun hobby before starting law school. I’d always enjoyed spin classes, but never had the opportunity to consistently take rhythm based classes.

I quickly fell in love. I fell in love with the energy, the atmosphere, the community, the workouts, the friendships, and everything in between.

I gained so much from drip. this year. I’ve become healthier physically and stronger mentally. This studio is about showing up, being surrounded by others who genuinely want you to succeed (on the bike and off), and finding the joy and benefit to doing hard things together.

I’m so grateful for every instructor I’ve had and every girl I’ve gotten to spin with. I’m going to miss you all so much and I can’t wait to visit.

✨300✨ There is no better way to celebrate this milestone than with a Swiftie spin. It’s hard to put into words how much this ride meant to me. I will never be able to thank the 24 women in that room enough for making this ride so special. (Yes i cried happy tears on the podium multiple times hahaha)

I mean it when I say it, our community is one of a kind. Without you all, this is simply not possible. Thank you for your endless support, your kindness, and most importantly your friendships. I love not only getting to be your instructor but also your friend.

I have truly found my passion, my calling, and i LOVE what I do. I’ve clipped in on the podium 300 times, sang my heart out (one too many times), celebrated so many milestones with each of you, and watched you all grow into amazing riders. Seeing your growth is the best part of the job. Thank you for showing up each ride to make this possible. I have so much love and gratitude in my heart right now. I love you all so much. 🥹💖

Special shoutout to my girl Tyler, this ride was so fun and I’m so glad we got to do it together. Happy Birthday bestie girl!! So happy we got to spend pretty much the whole day together at our favorite place doing what we love. ❤️🎉

A diabetes diagnosis changed the direction of my life in ways I never expected. What started as choosing a healthier lifestyle slowly turned into finding a passion for running, a community that feels like family, and a new appreciation for what my body is capable of.

Somewhere along the miles, running became more than exercise — it became healing, growth, confidence, and connection. And getting to share the journey with people I love has made every step even more meaningful. 🏃‍♀️🤍

Still celebrating Medal Monday because let’s be honest, ya girl was exhausted and fell sleep early, and this week has been about rest and recovery.

But! We’re screaming from the rooftops for our friends who came home with new hardware this past weekend. Some scored PRs, some paced others, some spent their time on the course celebrating, some ran a new distance, and some didn’t get the race day they were hoping for but still showed up and moved their bodies.

Oh, yeah. And some were in a bit of a hurry because they had things to do. Like go get their doctorate! 🎓

We’re so happy for each and every one of you (including those not pictured), and can’t wait to see what comes next! 🎉
