The @innovation_week_tanzania ( Day 1) is down!
This stood as a great opportunity to learn, interact, connect and most of all engage in a hot debate hosted by @euysbtanzania with one of the topic on the table of” is volunteering a substitute for a decent

As a youth, you should be well aware of your values before even volunteering! Have a vision and a road map so that people don’t use you! If it’s about experience have your limit of time and to what extent can your vision endue volunteering! To make one thing clear, volunteering or doing an internship somewhere is not an assurance that you must be employed in that particular place.. some places are meant for us to learn and move to the next step…. It’s not only about wearing smart,entering to a specific office or snapping on a comfortable office chair or being desperate just because what will people say that am just at home doing nothing…it’s about THE IMAGE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO MEET IN THE COMING YEARS..!HAVE VISIONS THAT WILL GUIDE YOU FROM BEING USED.

Grateful beyond words to GOD for this unforgettable moment 🙏🏾

Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of standing before more than 300+ young leaders from different African countries, alongside influential leaders and change makers, representing 25 powerful young women from across Africa in the LeadHer Fellow Program 🌍🤍

As a young Tanzanian woman 🇹🇿, I was given the opportunity to share my journey, my purpose, and the impact we continue to create through my organization @cmmi_tz . Through our health education initiatives, we have successfully reached more than 3,000 children, educating them about diseases caused by poor handwashing practices and lack of hygiene awareness.

What touched my heart the most was being able to speak about how these community projects are not only transforming lives, but are also contributing to strengthening the health sector and building a healthier future for our communities.

Programs like these do more than empower us they remind us who we are, what we carry, and why our voices matter.
This was not just a speech.
It was a representation of resilience, purpose, leadership, and the power of a young African woman determined to create change 🔥

To every young girl with a dream:
Your background does not define your future. Your vision, courage, consistency, and faith do.

A heartfelt thank you to @leadherfellows @planinternational @oneyoungafrica and @africanunion_official for trusting me with such a powerful platform. This opportunity has inspired me even more to continue serving communities, raising voices, and impacting lives across Africa 🌟

The Summit brings together young leaders from across Africa, and I’m truly thankful for this opportunity as a leader of an Organization ( CMMI) to learn, grow, and connect with inspiring changemakers.

Elimu hii ni mchango mkubwa katika kusaidia kizazi chetu kuelewa kwa undani zaidi kuhusu ugonjwa wa kifafa na kukomesha mila potofu na unyanyapaa dhidi ya watoto wanaoishi na kifafa.

Kupitia elimu sahihi, tunajenga jamii yenye uelewa, huruma, na msaada kwa wote. Watoto wakielimika mapema, wanakuwa mabalozi wazuri wa mabadiliko katika familia na jamii zao.
