Yesterday I had the privilege to represent our organization CMMI and our company LIKA GROUP In an engaging discussion with the minister responsible for youth Hon. Joel Arthur Nanauka about the Dira 2050, How Dira 2050 can impact a great opportunity to multiple youth and the opportunities it carries along. This was a profitable and a worth attending event as it made us aware of wher we are, where we are heading and the opportunities which are wide open for every youth interested…The minister answered a lot of questions that helped us to understand more about the target of Dira 2050.
I quote as he spoke
“Kinachomtengeneza mtu Sio fursa,ni mchakato! Kuwa tayari kulipa gharama ili upate unachokitaka. Dunia Ina tabia ya kuchagua nani aliyeserious, Take matters serious! Sio kila unachokiona kinaweza kupatikana kirahisi, behind everything there is a scar that led to make what you see today. DON’T ACCUMULATE PEOPLE, ACCUMULATE VALUABLE CONNECTIONS “

The @innovation_week_tanzania ( Day 1) is down!
This stood as a great opportunity to learn, interact, connect and most of all engage in a hot debate hosted by @euysbtanzania with one of the topic on the table of” is volunteering a substitute for a decent

As a youth, you should be well aware of your values before even volunteering! Have a vision and a road map so that people don’t use you! If it’s about experience have your limit of time and to what extent can your vision endue volunteering! To make one thing clear, volunteering or doing an internship somewhere is not an assurance that you must be employed in that particular place.. some places are meant for us to learn and move to the next step…. It’s not only about wearing smart, entering to a specific office or snapping on a comfortable office chair or being desperate just because what will people say that am just at home doing nothing…it’s about THE IMAGE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO MEET IN THE COMING YEARS..!HAVE VISIONS THAT WILL GUIDE YOU FROM BEING USED.

Special thanks to the @innovation_week_tanzania for the great opportunity provided to Tanzanian youth to engage, connect and learn..

To my organizations @cmmi_tz and @lika_group25 thank you for the delightful opportunity to represent you today

Grateful beyond words to GOD for this unforgettable moment 🙏🏾

Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of standing before more than 300+ young leaders from different African countries, alongside influential leaders and change makers, representing 25 powerful young women from across Africa in the LeadHer Fellow Program 🌍🤍

As a young Tanzanian woman 🇹🇿, I was given the opportunity to share my journey, my purpose, and the impact we continue to create through my organization @cmmi_tz . Through our health education initiatives, we have successfully reached more than 3,000 children, educating them about diseases caused by poor handwashing practices and lack of hygiene awareness.

What touched my heart the most was being able to speak about how these community projects are not only transforming lives, but are also contributing to strengthening the health sector and building a healthier future for our communities.

Programs like these do more than empower us they remind us who we are, what we carry, and why our voices matter.
This was not just a speech.
It was a representation of resilience, purpose, leadership, and the power of a young African woman determined to create change 🔥

To every young girl with a dream:
Your background does not define your future. Your vision, courage, consistency, and faith do.

A heartfelt thank you to @leadherfellows @planinternational @oneyoungafrica and @africanunion_official for trusting me with such a powerful platform. This opportunity has inspired me even more to continue serving communities, raising voices, and impacting lives across Africa 🌟

Grateful to be part of the YouLead Summit 2026 🌍✨
Day 1 has already been filled with powerful conversations, inspiring leaders, and meaningful connections.

We were honored to engage with different leaders across Africa, including the Former Vice President of Zambia, Tanzania’s Minister responsible for Youth Hon. Joel Nnauka, and ambassadors from various African countries.

As young Africans, we are not just dreaming about the future we are preparing to build it.

Honored and grateful to be selected among the three Tanzanian representatives to attend the YouLead Summit 2026 under the theme “Breaking Barriers, Building the Future.” 🌍✨

The Summit brings together young leaders from across Africa, and I’m truly thankful for this opportunity as a leader of an Organization ( CMMI) to learn, grow, and connect with inspiring changemakers.

This journey continues to shape me through leadership, purpose, and personal growth. Being recognized alongside impactful young African leaders is a moment I will always treasure.

A sincere thank you to everyone who recommended and believed in me. This opportunity reminds me that the work we do is being seen and is creating real impact in the community.

I’m Excited to share ideas, build connections, and contribute to meaningful conversations for Africa’s future. 💫
