Special thanks to who danced with me, crossed paths, and supported me. I will be on a break in 2024. I might come back in the spring, summer or autumn.

Wish you much love, inspiration, growth, and good health! Whatever the circumstances are, keep moving and your moves intact! I will be doing the same🙏🏾💃🏿❤️

This is a short reminder to myself that whether I can or not do something, it's all in my mind . I used to hate jumprope, and I couldn't even hold a hoop above my waist for one second.

Last month, I disciplined myself for 30 days without snacks or junk food. No caffeine, bread, pasteries, sweets, or added sugar in food. I stopped eating at 8 pm prompt, no matter where I was. I lost 5 kg in total 🥳 it was hard in the first and last week. I was soooo grumpy 😠 but felt lighter and more energized in general.

Now, the key is not to drop all of it and continue where I stopped before the challenge. But to implement it as a lifestyle. I'm not saying here I will never eat snacks, but
I will continue with the 8 pm food stop on a regular basis, except when it is diner and party time 😋 🤪🤣

Most of all, keep on moving and growing in all areas of my life. by @cmovves

We are doing it again! 🧘🏿‍♀️🙏🏾Today, our #nosnacks4cmoves challenge of 26 days kicks-off 🥳. Two years ago, I lost 4,5 kg in combination with dance workouts 🙌

Join us at your own pace. You can add or remove food that might not work for you. Feel free to tag us during your #nosnacks4cmoves journey in your stories or posts.

Good luck, and remember that your mind is stronger than you think it is! Take it one day at a time. LET'S MOVE...

My boys joined me for this workout. It was all fun 🥳. There was a little disturbance here and there 👀, but I definitely trained my muscles and burned some birthday calories today 🙌. by @cmovves

This is our latest choreo. It still needs some fine tuning here and there, but we are happy with the choreography and vibes.

We combine different dance moves from the African continent with our dance workout.

Towards the end of every CMOVES workout we stretch the upper body , in particularly the arms with our scarf moves. It is a real treat for the arms and shoulders🤭, it gets better and easier each time😉

As a dance workout coach, I believe in having fun while staying fit and healthy, and what better way to do that than combining my love for samba and hula hooping with a festive twist to bring you some egg-straordinary Easter vibes 🥚🔥

Wishing you all a blessed Easter filled with joy, love, and plenty of dancing 🥚🎉
