Best to date 🦍

As prep for the Bugman Classic kicks off, I can't help but think of the last big bench in competition. To date, 749lbs is the best on record. So much life has happened between then and now. Chasing this feeling one more time. Back to the deep water. by @cmpnd_apparel

The Elites's 🦍

These days are few and far between, but we cherish them whenever they come. Back under the bar with the original gorillas just testing the waters to see where I'm at. Bodyweight staying close to 260lbs so gauging where strength is at before the training wave starts. Darn say a push to 242 class for December 👀

Regardless of the weight, just thankful to lift with the boys.

Just stacking bricks 🧱

Old man still moving along, just a little different these days. Max Effort doubles in loose single ply just to keep the body moving. I'm on orders next weekend then the real training block begins. Shooting has been great, I'm still a powerlifter at heart. Shoot my first major in November. Good or bad, we're taking the platform in December. For Bugman 💚

315lb 4x5 Zercher squat PR!! 👸🏻

This one was big for me. A year ago I couldn’t even back squat this weight, now I’m repping it on my forearms 🥲

Crazy to think this was a year ago. Going from the strongest I had ever been in my life to back to back major injuries definitely changed my perspective. That being said, I'm getting the fire to train again. My body is healing up and my mind is becoming clear. Still a long road ahead to climb up the mountain but starting from a much different point this year.

Think I still got one more in me. Back to the deep waters..

Mixing @michaeltheangelo with @chelseagrinofficial for the win. All jokes aside this couldnt be more true. Some men say something died inside of them when they left the infantry, i say fuck that. Hes still alive and well, pissed off and definitely wants to drink a gallon of rip it, but alive none the less. Moral to the story “fuck that , kill shit!”
