We’re Aimee & Ollie, founders of COA Wellness & your retreat hosts 😆

🎾 Ollie has over a decade of experience in tennis coaching, working 1-1 with clients as well as leading groups. Ollie has found a love for Padel & naturally added this into his coaching services. Ollie is patient, energetic and driven to get the best out of his clients.

🧘‍♀️ Aimee has been in the fitness industry for 12 years, originally working as a Personal Trainer & Online Women’s coach. Now, she hosts UK wellness retreats along side teaching Pilates & Yoga. Aimee is outgoing, compassionate & committed to creating amazing experiences for clients.

And just like that, our first ever Padel & Pilates retreat has come to an end 💛

Words probably don’t quite describe what this week meant to us. ✨

From Padel and Pilates every day, to amazing breakfasts cooked by our chef, evening yoga, exploring Ibiza Old Town, group dinners, a barbecue and everything in between — it was a week we won’t forget. 🎾🧘‍♀️

But more than anything, it was the people who made it so special. The energy, the laughs, the openness and the willingness to just enjoy every moment made this retreat everything we hoped it would be. 🌅

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us with your week away. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better group for our first Ibiza retreat. ❤️

Surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the beach, this beautiful villa is the perfect place to slow down, move your body, eat nourishing food and truly recharge.

When I first heard about this place, I knew I had to bring a retreat here. It’s genuinely so unique — and it has everything we could want for a wellness retreat, Pilates retreat and movement getaway.

We believe the best kind of breakfast is a big, abundant, nourishing meal — the kind that leaves you feeling grounded, energised, satisfied, and deeply cared for.

No counting. No cutting things out. No rules about what you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat.
