Still don’t know how big a padel court is… but apparently I can play on one 😂🏆 Honoured to be nominated for Female Player of the Year at the @britishpadelawards. Couldn’t do this road without the best helping me along the way @corkpadeluk @recoverie.health @altimusoutdoor @edtandy66 @coa.wellness Road to pro, not road to maths 🎾💪 #Padel #PadelLife #PadelUK #BritishPadel #PadelPlayer PadelLovers

POV: you’re at an Ibiza retreat and your evening looks like this… 🌅🧘🏼‍♀️ The sun starting to set, warm air, a little movement, and that feeling of having absolutely nowhere else you need to be. These are the moments our retreats are made for. ✨ Absolutely loved teaching this slow flow Yoga for our retreat guests by the pool. It was needed after hard work on the Padel court 🎾🙌 If this kind of evening sounds like your idea of heaven… follow @coa.wellness and you might just find your next escape. 🧡 #IbizaRetreat #IbizaWellnessRetreat #IbizaYoga #pilatesretreat #IbizaWellness WellnessRetreat WellnessTravel IbizaTravel

Retreat life so far in Ibiza 🤍🌞 Slow mornings, Padel & Pilates, private chef-cooked breakfasts, coastal walks, sunset evenings and plenty of time to simply switch off. A few days of moving our bodies, nourishing ourselves, slowing down, recharging and connecting — with each other and with ourselves. Feeling very grateful for this little slice of paradise and the energy this group has brought with them ✨ And we’re only halfway through… can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store 🫶🏼 #IbizaRetreat #padelholiday #PilatesRetreat #IbizaWellness #WellnessRetreat

✨ A little ball, a lot of connection. The Pilates ball is such a simple tool, but it can completely change the way you experience your movement. In this mat Pilates flow, we use the ball in different ways — between the inner thighs, between the ankles, and in other positions — to create resistance, feedback and a greater sense of connection throughout the body. Placing the ball between the inner thighs, for example, can help you become more aware of the adductors (inner thighs) and how they work together with the deep abdominals and pelvic floor to support your centre and stabilise the pelvis. Between the ankles, the ball can encourage you to connect through the legs and find more awareness of alignment and control. It’s not about squeezing as hard as possible. It’s about using the ball to feel more, connect more and move with intention. 🤍 Sometimes the smallest props can create the biggest shift in your awareness. ✈️ Post Flight Pilates A slow morning Pilates flow to move, lengthen and reconnect after a flight 🤍 This was such a lovely sequence to do in the morning — it starts gently, but definitely isn’t an easy one. There’s a little bit of everything in here: mobility, spinal articulation, back extension, core work, rotation and balance. I’ve put it into a carousel so you can actually slow down and watch each movement properly, rather than trying to follow along with a Reel that disappears in 30 seconds. My sequence: ✨ Mobility warm-up ✨ Roll Up ✨ Swan Prep ✨ Swimming ✨ Rocking Prep ✨ Single Leg Stretch ✨ Scissors ✨ Spine Stretch Forward ✨ Spine Twist ✨ Rolling Like a Ball Perfect for a morning when you want to move your body without rushing into your day. Save this for your next travel day ✈️🤍 Follow @coa.wellness for more retreats 💛☀️ #pilates #matpilates #matpilatesworkout #pilatesworkout #pilatesretreat
