Wheel of Fortune Friday!!

A fan favorite for my kiddos and ended with an underwater competition where not 1 but TWO of the kids made it past 20m without fins🥳

Always proud of these guys for the hard work they put in every week🫶🏻 by @coach.abbyy

Bringing back workout wednesday🤩
Fun little set we did yesterday to get their bodies and minds working more than usual!!
Love this because we get to work on so many things:
1. Discipline on underwaters
2. Strength on the press outs
3. Racing on the kick
4. Intervals and body awareness on the vertical kick by @coach.abbyy

As we head into the LC season, I want to highlight some of the incredible progress my kids in Blue group made over the SC season‼️ This is just a small glimpse into the growth I saw not just in the water, but as leaders, teammates, and friends this season!!

National Girls & Women in Sports Day🫶🏻

What a privilege it was growing up in a sport surrounded by friends who became family🥹 and now getting to coach and inspire girls everyday💓

Thank you to all to coaches who poured into me as an athlete and hoping I do the same for my athletes now🫶🏻 by @coach.abbyy

PROUD 🫶🏻
These kids attacked this set today and never gave up!
Had almost everyone making the last 8x50 @ 1:00 which is a HUGE goal for us!

Love seeing the progress they are making🥹 by @coach.abbyy

Lots of swimming and not a lot of time for pictures over the weekend🤪
January jump start was a fun one (and a long one) with a TON of great swimming!

Some highlights:
57 new best times from my blue groupers
First 100 flys and 200 IMs
Learning how to swim in an open warm up

Proud of how everyone swam and of the things we learned💓 by @coach.abbyy
