Madalina came to me in February wanting to feel better in her body.

I still remember our first conversation together.

She told me she was scared to start because she didn’t really know what she was doing, and her confidence was low.

Not because she wasn’t capable.

She just needed structure, support and someone to help her see what was possible.

Fast forward to now…

54kg → 48kg
stronger in the gym
progressing her lifts
more confident in herself
less guilt around food
actually enjoying the process

The physical change is amazing, but the mindset shift is what I’m most proud of.

Seeing someone go from feeling unsure and scared to saying they had no idea they could feel this good…

that’s why I love coaching.

So proud of you Madalina ❤️

Two years ago, I stood in my room crying after taking my first check-in photos.

Not because I was taking progress pictures…

Because I genuinely hated what I saw.

I remember sending them to my coach with the words:

“Really hate what I see at the moment.”

Looking back now, I don’t feel embarrassed by that girl anymore.

I feel proud of her.

Because despite everything she thought about herself, she still decided to start.

The truth is, this transformation was never just about losing weight.

It was about rebuilding my confidence.

Learning to trust myself.

Keeping the promises I made to myself.

Finding movement I enjoyed instead of using exercise as punishment.

Healing my relationship with food.

Walking away from relationships that no longer served me.

Building a career that gives me purpose.

Finding friendships that make life feel fuller.

Learning that my worth was never tied to a number on the scales.

When I sent my coach my photoshoot pictures nearly two years later, she said:

“YOU did that.”

And she was right.

She guided me, supported me and believed in me.

But I was the one who kept showing up.

One workout.

One meal.

One decision at a time.

If you’re looking at my before photos and seeing yourself in them, I want you to know something.

You do not need to become me.

You just need to become the version of yourself that you haven’t met yet.

And I promise you…

She’s worth showing up for.

If you’re ready to start your own journey, I’d love to help you. My inbox is always open. ❤️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

I built the kind of coaching I know so many women actually need.
Not more confusion.
Not more all or nothing.
Not more guessing.

Just a clear plan, real support, better habits, and progress that fits your life.

I help women feel stronger, more confident in the gym, and more relaxed around food.

i’ve made decisions that at the time felt terrifying.
walking away from things i had outgrown
choosing myself in moments that felt uncomfortable
taking steps that didn’t always make sense from the outside.

and i don’t think the version of me back then could’ve imagined the life i’m living now.

not because everything is perfect
but because i feel more like myself than i ever have.

sometimes the scary option is the one that leads you back to you.

the decision you keep avoiding might be the thing that changes everything.

you don’t need to have the whole plan.
you just need to trust yourself enough to take the next step.

your life can look completely different in a year. and it might be more beautiful than you ever thought. taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

this week alone, i’ve had messages from clients saying they feel stronger, more confident, more in control and finally proud of themselves again 🥹

and honestly, this is exactly why i do what i do.

yes, we work on fat loss, strength, fitness and building better habits, but the biggest transformation is often how you feel in yourself.

more energy.
more confidence.
more trust in yourself.
more belief that you can actually stick to something.

when you have the right plan, support and accountability behind you, so much can change.

if you’re ready to put yourself first and see what you’re capable of, dm me “STRONG” and let’s chat 🤍 taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

You don't need to be perfect. You need to be consistent. 🤍

If you've ever thrown out an entire week because of one "bad" meal or one skipped workout...

I need you to hear this:

That one moment didn't ruin anything. Deciding to quit because of it did.

I see it all the time

women chasing 100% adherence
burning out by week two
then starting over again on Monday.

Again.
And again.

Here's what actually works:

aim for 80%.
Leave room for the days that don't go to plan.
Progress isn't a straight line
and it was never supposed to be.

Swipe through for the mindset shift that changes everything ➡️

If you're tired of starting over and ready for a plan that actually fits your life, send me the word "READY" and let's talk. taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

yes, my body changed. but when i look at these two photos, that isn’t the biggest difference i see.

i see a girl who finally chose herself.

the girl on the left was pouring so much love, time and energy into situations that were draining her. she stayed in places that made her question her worth, hoping that if she gave a little more, tried a little harder or made herself easier to love, things would change.

eventually, she realised she deserved better.

she started walking away from the things that were no longer serving her and giving that same love, patience and effort back to herself. she created space to heal, to grow and to work out who she was outside of the people and situations that had made her feel like she wasn’t enough.

the weight loss happened along the way, but the real transformation was internal.

it was learning to trust myself again. learning that choosing myself wasn’t selfish. learning that being alone was better than staying somewhere that made me feel lonely.

i’m still learning. i think we all are. i still have days where i doubt myself and moments where old feelings come back.

but i’m so proud of the girl on the left for finding the courage to realise that she deserved more.

the girl on the right is happier, stronger and more confident, not simply because she lost weight, but because she stopped abandoning herself.

and i think you can see that in her smile 🤍 taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

12 weeks.

Emily joined coaching wanting to lose body fat, feel stronger, and finally feel confident walking into the gym.

She didn’t need another restrictive diet or a plan she could only stick to Monday to Friday. She needed structure, accountability, and someone to remind her that progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s about continuing to show up.

Week after week, our check-ins weren’t just about the scales.

They were about learning how to build balanced meals instead of fearing food.

They were about navigating meals out, holidays and busy weeks without throwing everything away.

They were about focusing on strength, celebrating personal bests, and trusting that body composition would follow.

Over these 12 weeks, Emily has lost body fat, built muscle, and completely changed the way she approaches training.

She’s become stronger across every lift, more confident in the gym, and has built routines that fit around her life instead of taking over it.

There were weeks where the scales didn’t tell the whole story. There were moments of self doubt. But every single time, she trusted the process, asked questions, took feedback on board, and kept moving forward.

That’s why this transformation means so much.

It’s not just about how Emily looks.

It’s about the confidence she’s gained, the habits she’s built, and knowing she no longer has to start again every Monday.

This is exactly why I love what I do.

Helping women realise they’re capable of so much more than just losing weight.

So proud of you, Em. This is only the beginning. 🤍

If you’re tired of starting over, don’t know what to do in the gym, or want to lose body fat without giving up your social life, I’d love to help.

Drop me a DM with the word “READY” and let’s chat about how coaching could help you become the next transformation story. ✨ taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

12 weeks ago, Becca didn’t want to lose weight.

She wanted to stop feeling anxious every time she walked into the gym.

She wanted to stop avoiding busy areas.
She wanted to stop sticking to the same machines because they felt “safe.”
She wanted to feel like she belonged there.

Over the last 12 weeks, we didn’t just focus on workouts.

We built confidence.

Week by week, through personalised training, form feedback, weekly check-ins and plenty of WhatsApp messages, she slowly started proving to herself that she was capable.

Now she can train during peak hours.
She’ll ask someone to move off a machine if she needs it.
She wears shorts in the gym.
She pushes herself.
Most importantly… she actually enjoys training.

One thing she wrote in her 12-week review really stuck with me:

“The confidence you’ve given me is unmeasured.”

That means more to me than any number on the scales.

Because coaching isn’t just about changing someone’s body.

It’s about changing the way they see themselves.

If you’ve been putting off joining a gym because you feel intimidated, overwhelmed or convinced everyone is watching you…

I promise you’re not the only one.

And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

If you’re ready to build confidence in the gym, DM me “CONFIDENT” and let’s chat about your first 12 weeks. 🤍 taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi

your muscles can’t read the number written on the dumbbell 👀

they respond to:

mechanical tension
range of motion
and how hard they’re being asked to work

that doesn’t mean load isn’t important.

and it definitely doesn’t mean you should be afraid of lifting heavier.

progressive overload is an important part of getting stronger and building muscle.

but 10kg used with control, through a good range of motion and close enough to failure, can create a better stimulus than throwing around a heavier weight with poor execution.

don’t lift heavier just to chase a number.

but don’t stay with the same comfortable weights forever either.

choose a weight that genuinely challenges you.

perform the movement well.

then build from there 🤝🏼

the scale went up… but look at what actually happened 👀

ewa and i spoke during her check-in about just how much she has changed over the past 8 weeks, and not only physically.

she’s been absolutely grafting. she’s learnt how to adapt her own training when equipment isn’t available, how to fit her sessions around family life and travel, and how to keep showing up even when life and her emotions haven’t made it easy.

her weight has recently increased by around 1kg, but the difference in these pictures tells a completely different story.

she looks stronger.
she feels more confident.
she understands her body better.
and the habits we’ve built are becoming part of who she is, rather than something she has to force herself to do.

this week, she’s heading away to spend time with jonny and we’ve chosen to use it as a well-earned deload. no pressure to train, no guilt around resting, and no feeling like she needs to earn her time away.

because progress isn’t always about constantly doing more.

sometimes progress is knowing when to push, knowing when to step back, and trusting that a few days of rest won’t undo 8 weeks of hard work.

so if the scale has gone up and you immediately feel like you’ve failed, please take your progress pictures.

the number is only one tiny piece of the story 🤍

if you’re ready to stop letting the scale dictate how you feel and start building results that actually fit your life, dm me STRONG. taken in London, United Kingdom by @coach.candi
