⭐️‼️ATHLETE TESTIMONIAL‼️⭐️  Over the years, @shelbypflug has been a key member of our team, medaling in several National Championships/American Open Finals, two Rogue Stage Appearances and of course, competing for Team USA. What a weekend!! This weekend Method Weightlifting Team took a little trip to MKE for our third appearance at Brew City! We had an excellent showing overall, we want to thank @mkebarbell for putting on such a wonderful event, and as always, the vibes were immaculate!   This might have been a PR for the amount of lifts made on the platform as a team:

I’ve sat here for a while trying to think of what to say and I keep coming up short.

A perfect 6/6 day, I couldn’t have created a better comeback meet if I tried. All I can say is THANK YOU. Thank you to everyone who reached out, thank you to everyone who checked on me mentally and physically over the past year. Thank you to @mkebarbell for hosting such an incredible meet with the most amazing and supportive environment, yall had me crying happy tears, literally. and thank you to @coach.jlittner , It’s been a long, long road, but we’re just taking the first step, together. So grateful for my @methodweightlifting team and everyone who was there to support my comeback near and far. I am so blessed. I have the best support crew. See yall in Daytona 😜
