Pace decent enough to make a post eh? From 1:05 in January to 47:7 on the last day of May. I train 2-3 days a week. Imagine if I increase the frequency, how much better I can get. My only regret is I could've actually got a sub-47 if I pushed myself. Anyways, sub-45 coming very soon. Mark my words. by @coach.nabeel

24 months. From a weak boy to a weapon.

When he came to me, he was small, insecure, doubting himself. Now? He's strong, confident, unstoppable. A different man altogether.

This isn’t fairy dust. This is hard work. Discipline. Showing up when you don’t feel like it. Following the plan I put in front of you and executing like your life depends on it.

What he used to call “impossible”? That’s his warm-up now. He's strong. He's fast & he looks good.

If he can do it in 24 months, why can't you? by @coach.nabeel

I hope this helped. In case you're new here - My name is Nabeel & I am a health & fitness coach specialised in exercise science, optimal nutrition & lifestyle improvement.

Knowing what to prescribe makes you a coach.
BUT, knowing why your clients do what they do, makes you a great one.

The best coaches don't just tell clients what to do.

They work out why the client does what they do, then build autonomy so the client eventually doesn't need them.

A bad coach creates dependency. A good one creates independent adults, capable of looking after themselves.

Save this for later and send it to a coach who needs it 😉

@jeffnippard on peptides. I would like to add more points on this in my next video. As a health coach & creator, I completely agree with Jeff here.

"Primum non nocere." Meaning, Do No Harm.

"I took BPC-157 & my shoulder healed in 3 days!"

We’ve all seen these videos. But as coaches and evidence-based practitioners, we have to ask the uncomfortable question: Where is the human evidence?
Right now, there are virtually zero randomized controlled human trials evaluating the safety or efficacy of BPC-157 and TB-500. Nearly everything cited usually comes from rodent studies.

Remember: biochemical plausibility ≠ clinical reality.

History is full of compounds that looked revolutionary in mice—or made sense biochemically (like high-dose post-workout Vitamin C)—that ended up failing human trials or actively blunting adaptations.

Add in unregulated grey-market manufacturing, unverified purity, and zero long-term safety data, and the risk-to-reward ratio simply doesn't hold up.

Before recommending or injecting unapproved research chemicals: think critically, rely on clinical data, and remember the golden rule:
PRIMUM NON NOCERE → DO NO HARM.

Lifting weights and performing traditional bodybuilding movements like Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, etc are as functional as exercises get.

“Functional Training” as a separate branch DOES NOT EXIST.

Any & all exercise is functional if you perform those movement patterns in real life.

Any athlete can tell you this. Basic bodybuilding movements have an incredible carry over to most sports.

Just because something looks fancy, doesn't mean it's useful.

If you still don't agree, then debate me.

Comment "Program" to know about the program I'm following for my 5km sub-20.
.
From not being able to complete even a 5km to completing 10km in 47 minutes 7 seconds, I believe I came a long way. I ran only 3 days a week & here is what I did in those 3 days:
.
🏃 Easy runs : To build aerobic fitness and recover well. Easy runs come handy especially after brutal leg training inside the gym. Easy runs not only help you practice the skill of running at a lower intensity but also help you recover. For me, adding these after my leg days helped a lot.
.
⚡ Intervals : To improve speed and running efficiency. Short bursts of faster running with recovery in between. Intervals improve speed, increase your VO₂ max & make your goal race pace feel more comfortable.
.
🛣️ Long runs (10–15 km) : To build endurance & stamina. Long runs build endurance and mental toughness. They train your body to stay strong when fatigue sets in & help you maintain pace over longer distances.
