Meet the trainer, Coach Easton!

1:1 sessions are not just about how many touches you get… It’s about the quality of those touches💯

🎯 Quality over quantity: Every touch should have purpose and intention. More Touches ≠ Better Session

🧠 Train for your position: Your training should reflect the decisions, movements, and technical demands of your role.

🔥 Replicate game situations: Practice the actions you’ll need to execute under pressure when it matters most.

Don’t just train to get better on the ball. Train to perform when it matters💯

A good warm-up sets the standard. ⚽️🔥

This drill gets players ready for the demands of a technical session by challenging their touch, reactions, and focus from the first rep.

⚡️ Ball mastery: Move quickly while keeping every touch light, controlled, and intentional. It’s not just about getting more touches—it’s about quality at speed.

👀 Reactions & positioning: Track the ball, react to its movement, and adjust your feet and body position to stay ready for the next action.

🧠 Focus & intensity: Keep the drill fast and continuous. One lapse in concentration can disrupt your rhythm, forcing you to stay engaged and sharp the whole drill

The goal isn’t just to get warm. It’s to prepare to perform. Every rep, every reaction, every touch sets the tone for the session. ⚽️🔥

Different positions. Different demands. Every detail matters. ⚽️🔥

1:1 training with an MLS NEXT player, sharpening the skills needed to thrive at CDM and CB — scanning, receiving under pressure, breaking lines, body positioning, and playing forward with purpose.

Training built around the situations that happen every game.

Technical development starts with understanding the details. ⚽️

Working with a 7-year-old athlete to break down combinations of skills, focusing on weight distribution, pushing off efficiently, and using body movements to deceive defenders.

The goal is to create the right body shape to sell the move, shift our weight, and explode out with a change of direction and pace all in one movement.

It’s not just about performing the skill — it’s about understanding how and when to use it 🔑

1-on-1 work with a college-level right back ⚽️

From on-ball technical work to passing, movement, dribbling, and position-specific drills, every detail has a purpose.

Position-specific work allows players to take their technical skills and apply them to the movements, decisions, and actions they’ll face in a game - which leads to better transfer from training to the field.

Quality reps. Intentional training. Transfer to the pitch. 💪🫡

Playoff game in a couple hours… Here’s how I prepare myself to perform ⚽️

1️⃣ Tissue Prep — Foam rolling and getting the body ready to move.

2️⃣ Dynamic Movement — Raising the temperature and preparing the body for faster movement.

3️⃣ Mobility — Taking the joints through the ranges of motion I’ll need during the game.

4️⃣ Low-Impact Plyos + COD — Position-specific acceleration and change of direction without creating unnecessary fatigue.

5️⃣ Ball Mastery — Juggling, first touch, and freestyle dribbling to get comfortable with the ball.

6️⃣ Turning + Passing — Finishing with game-specific movements and touches.

The goal isn’t to get a workout in.
It’s to prepare the body, sharpen the touch, and build confidence without taking away from the game.

Prepare. Prime. Perform. ⚽️ by @coach_emooney

As someone who’s never been known for bounce this is one I can be proud of. These were 2 step approach box jumps (should’ve filmed approach 🤦🏼), and my current record is 54”, but that felt easy today

A clean 60” is the goal. Was touching it today but wasn’t clean enough. Stay tuned 💯🔙🔜

Different sport. Same goal: MOVE BETTER. 🎾

Whether it’s soccer or tennis, your ability to move efficiently, react quickly, and put yourself in the right position will make all the difference.

The sport changes.
The intention doesn’t.

Train the movement → elevate the performance.

The details matter. ⚽️

Every rep. Every touch. Every movement.

Our adult soccer group is built around quality repetitions, intentional technical work, and speed & strength training that actually translates to the game.

Come get better with players who are serious about improving — not just getting a workout in.

Train with purpose. Train with quality. Get more out of every session.

DM to join the next session. 🔥🫡

ACCELERATE. CREATE SPACE. DOMINATE. ⚡️

A quick peek into a speed & strength session with two soccer players — developing the force, angles, and mechanics needed to win those first few steps, and create more space and opportunities. 🏃‍♂️

Build better acceleration. Create separation. ⚡️

A sneak peak into a quick upper body (+Some Leg Accessories) session for footy players which helps to express their strength on the field.

Upper body work for soccer isn’t hypertrophy-driven—it’s force transfer, sequencing, and control. Nor is it a priority for many players, so sessions should be efficient, and coordinated.

Train the system, not just the muscle:
• Challenging positions to build stability under variability
• Coordinated movement to link upper + lower halves
• Rotation to reflect how force is actually produced and expressed on the field

If it doesn’t improve how you move, it won’t improve how you play
