🚨 FALL TRAINING IS LIVE. 🚨

School is starting. Seasons are changing. Your training shouldn’t stop.

Whether you’re in-season and need to stay explosive, entering the off-season ready to make a jump, looking for football-specific work, or simply need a consistent performance schedule — we built the Fall 2026 lineup to give athletes options that fit.

This fall at TPT:

⚡ Advanced Performance: In-Season
⚡ Advanced Performance: Off-Season
⚡ Combined Performance
⚡ Rise & Grind
⚡ Football In-Season Tune Up
⚡ Adult Soccer Performance

And now, TPT Class Memberships give you more flexibility to train consistently based on class length and attendance frequency.

Fall schedule runs AUG 16 – OCT 31.

Spots are limited and several of these groups are intentionally kept small so we can coach them the right way.

Don’t wait until you feel behind. Get ahead now.

Advanced group @tpt_getbetter is no joke.

A little behind the scenes of the laughs, bloopers, and moments that make our training environment what it is.

We work hard, but we have a good time doing it! 🤝

🚀 Acceleration is about how effectively you apply force into the ground.

Building explosive first steps comes down to mastering a few key details:

↗️ Horizontal projection: Push back, not down. Direct your force backward to cover more ground with each step.

💪 Arm drive: Use aggressive, coordinated arm action to help generate momentum and power.

🦶 Leverage The Ground: Create deep body angles and leverage the ground to produce a powerful first step.

Better mechanics. More force. Faster first steps. ⚡️

1:1 sessions are not just about how many touches you get… It’s about the quality of those touches💯

🎯 Quality over quantity: Every touch should have purpose and intention. More Touches ≠ Better Session

🧠 Train for your position: Your training should reflect the decisions, movements, and technical demands of your role.

🔥 Replicate game situations: Practice the actions you’ll need to execute under pressure when it matters most.

Don’t just train to get better on the ball. Train to perform when it matters💯

Why do we have our athletes jump rope? 🏃‍♂️⚡️

It’s more than just a warm-up. Jump roping develops key athletic qualities that transfer to the field, court, and beyond.

🦶 1. Ankle Strength & Stiffness
Build the ability to quickly absorb and produce force through the feet and ankles — important for acceleration, jumping, and quick movements.

⚡ 2. Rhythm & Coordination
Improve timing, balance, and the ability to coordinate your upper and lower body while moving.

🔥 3. Reactivity & Quickness
Train the body to spend less time on the ground and bounce back quickly, helping athletes become more efficient and explosive in their movements.

Simple exercise. Big benefits. Athleticism is built through the details. 💯

More than training.

It’s about sharing knowledge, building confidence, and helping the next generation reach their potential.

“Comfort is the enemy of progress.” 🧠

Struggled at first. Took the feedback. Made the adjustments. Got it done. ✅

The goal isn’t to avoid mistakes. It’s to learn from them, adapt, and come back better.📈

New challenges can feel uncomfortable, but they’re where growth occurs. Fail, identify what went wrong, make the adjustments, and keep moving forward. 🔥

We are proud of the standard these girls continue to set every time they walk into the gym💪

It’s not just about getting stronger or faster. It’s about building confidence, discipline, and habits that carry over far beyond the gym.

Keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep raising the standard 💯
