Was a great time at the World Road Running Championships for my first national team coaching assignment. The athletes all represented Canada proudly and our team staff was amazing. Thank you to @athleticscanada for the opportunity. Already looking forward to the next one. by @coach_epp

All my team gear for World Road Running championships has arrived. Thank you @athleticscanada for this amazing gear and the opportunity as a team coach. Last time I unpacked a Team Canada kit was 23 years ago when I competed at the 2003 World Cross-Country championships by @coach_epp

Was a great day with no other group at the track. I guess everyone else was afraid of yesterday’s snow. A solid workout for all by @coach_epp

A great Atlantic Coaches Conference. Took a lot from the three speakers about keeping fun in the sport even in a high performance environment, athlete-centered environments, and being adaptable. Thanks to @drstevegennaro, @carla_nicholls, and Dr. Amanda Visek for presenting, @csiatlantic for hosting, and @coach_sask for allowing me to go. taken in Halifax, Nova Scotia by @coach_epp
