Thank you Jesus!
Jesus has always been apart of my life, even being baptized before, but today’s hits different. I was baptized at 7 years old and since then I’ve been through ups and downs and up until a year ago I lived life my own way. 4 months ago I met Mallory. Mallory and her family have not only embraced me into their family but have changed the way I live my life. Matt has been such a role model in my life and I’m so thankful that he was able to baptize me today. Jesus SAVES!❤️✝️ by @coach_frank___

Mallory’s 21st bday! I thank God everyday for the gift it truly is to see the woman she’s becoming. Her faith, humility and humor is everything to me. Being able to celebrate that with friends and family was amazing. P.s. keep her away from espresso martinis🤣♥️ by @coach_frank___

Most coaches wait for the warm-up to start coaching.

We start the second they walk through the door.

Posture. Eye contact. Hesitation. Those 3 things tell us more than any test ever will — because the athlete who believes they're slow trains like they're slow.

Real coaching starts with making them feel seen. Not just evaluated.
