Coaching is something that is taken for granted.

There are bad coaches everywhere, we are here to change that narrative.

This is what we talk about behind the scenes, one of our weekly meetings that ensures we keep the main things the main things.

Most coaches wait for the warm-up to start coaching.

We start the second they walk through the door.

Posture. Eye contact. Hesitation. Those 3 things tell us more than any test ever will — because the athlete who believes they're slow trains like they're slow.

Real coaching starts with making them feel seen. Not just evaluated.

Testing is the cornerstone for understanding how to build something that will help you.

The problem isn't getting more data, its figuring out what data you need that will move the needle.

This is the difficulty with great coaching, it requires a unique approach to problem solving, a deep understanding of what metrics are valuable, and an intelligent approach to improve them.

You don't need more numbers. You need someone that knows which ones count the most.

Stop confusing effort with results.

Getting tired doesn't mean you're getting better. You can grind yourself into the ground doing nonsense in the gym that won't move the needle.

Smart training has layers:
🔹 Robustness work (rehab-style, building durability)
🔹 Performance work (raising the ceiling)

Athletes who railroad themselves with fatigue get injured. Then they're six steps behind.

What is it like inside a TTS training session?

Coaching is more than size-shmedium shirts, gas-station energy drinks, a voice three octaves below your cardio, and breathing like you owe somebody money.

Watch and listen with our very own @coach_frank___ 💪

You weren't satisfying the status quo. You weren't content doing what everyone else was doing.

You chose a different path, one that trains smarter, not just harder.

Every rep has a reason. Every session is built around YOU, your sport, your position, your goals. No cookie-cutter programs. No guesswork.

This is what separates good from great. This is what it means to train at TTS.

Your game will never be the same.
