My Friend Joshua Musial AKA Scribe Sayar! What a soul, human and Brother! Scribe is the type to show up on a soul level, present and solid like an oak tree. Gentle and compassionate ready to do for others in any moment. I’m so honored to call him a brother! On Feb 1st he set out to run from San Diego to New York for all of us! He had deep compassion and understanding for pain and Loss. He was running for Mental and Physical health for all beings on turtle island. He gave his life for this cause! 💔 How fortunate to pass doing something he felt so strong about with deep love in his heart, to run alone with no fan fair just his love for others. I strive to be like Scribe, selfless, Brave, committed and Determined to do for others even if it means sacrificing self.
I Love you bro so deeply. I know I share this pain with so many souls he has touched and helped in his lifetime. May we use his strength to love ourselves more honor this existence by being healthy Mind Body and Spirit!! May we take care of each other no matter the color of our skin or where we were born! I ask that you get up today walk, Run, Hike, workout, meditate doing something kind for yourself so you may pay it forward and give love and kindness to someone else, in scribes name! Then make it a habit! I Love you all!! #RunforScribeSayar our Last run together in the physical but not our last run together!!! I Love you Scribe! Aho Mitakuye Oyasin 🪶🙏🏽❤️ by @coach_lax
