⚡ ENERGY CAN NEVER BE DESTROYED — ONLY TRANSFERRED. ⚡ The energy you create doesn’t stop with you. It moves through every person you meet, every room you walk into, and every interaction you have. You have a choice every single day: What kind of energy are you going to create, and what kind are you going to leave behind? 🔥 Bring the positivity. 💪 Lead with passion. ❤️ Lift others up. ✨ Be the reason someone believes in themselves a little more today. The world has enough negativity. Let’s be intentional about creating something different. Let’s create positive energy. Let’s transfer it. Let’s make it contagious. ⚡🌎 #PositiveEnergy #EnergyIsEverything

“Focus on the journey as much as you do on your destination so when you arrive you will have accomplished more than you could have ever imagined.” — Dr. Coach — The journey matters just as muse destination What happens when we give ourselves permission to slow down, connect, listen, and truly experience the journey together? The Liberation Legacy Collective is creating spaces where people can come together through music, storytelling, culture, learning, and meaningful human connection. As we welcome the @orquestadecateura and gather artists, educators, families, community members, and changemakers organizations, we invite you to be part of a journey that is about more than arriving at a destination. It is about the people we meet, the stories we share, the relationships we build, and the possibilities we create together. “I am committed to process and have let go of my attachments to the outcome.” — Dr. Coach — There is power in releasing the need to control the outcome and choosing instead to trust the process. 🌱 Sometimes liberation begins with a simple shift: letting go, staying present, and making room for what becomes possible when we move forward together. The Liberation Legacy Collective is creating space for exactly that human connection, shared wisdom, community, and collective possibility. We invite you to bring your story, your presence, and your willingness to connect. ✨ Come as you are. Connect with others. Be part of what we are building together. Concert & Community Convening Details: 🗓️: September 20th 🕣: 4:30 PM PST 📍: Novato High School 🗺️: 625 Arthur St., Novato, CA 94947 🎟️ Join us and be part of the journey. 🌿 Healing asks us to slow down, listen inward, and create room for something new to emerge. — Dr. Coach — What happens when we stop trying to navigate everything alone? The Liberation Legacy Collective is creating a space where stories can be shared, relationships can deepen, and we can remember that the work of building a better future is something we do together. This isn’t just an afternoon event. It’s an invitation to pause, gather, listen, celebrate, and imagine what becomes possible when people bring their full selves into the room. 🎶 Music. Stories. Reflection. Community. Possibility. Come ready to experience something meaningful and maybe leave with a little more hope, a new connection, or a reminder that your presence matters. 🥊 Coach Lax — A True San Jose Original Coach Lax is one of my favorite boxing coaches and someone I have a tremendous amount of respect for. Coming from the East Side of San Jose, he’s not only been in the boxing game for 25+ years, but he’s also a school teacher, mentor, and someone who genuinely cares about helping people grow. I love his coaching style — knowledgeable, energetic, authentic, and always keeping you on your toes. And you’ve got to love the music he brings into the gym! 🎶🥊 If you’re looking for a great boxing coach who brings experience, personality, and passion to every session, I highly recommend Coach Lax at Los Gatos Boxing in California. 25+ years in the game. A coach, teacher, mentor, and true community leader. 🥊 Keep doing what you do, Coach Lax! 👊 #reels #reelsinstagram #moving #boxing
