Come with me….

To sign with @lululemon as the West County Train Ambassador

It’s always an honor to work with all 3 amazing lululemon St. Louis location. I’ve always felt like family every time I step in store, teach a community class, or when one of the staff takes my classes.

It was truly an easy decision to accept the offer because of the great leaders like @tiff.durham & @ktobben leading the way.

None of this of possible without the community that supports me on a daily basis.

Thank you to @jgtrufusion and @trufusion_stl for always letting me be myself on and off the mic. Your support of me both professionally and personally has meant so much.

Thank you to @nickahlering @breakndown & @otf_ladue for bringing me out of retirement and under the orange light again. OTF was my first big break, the first exposure many had to me, and the passion that drove me to keep doing group fitness.

Thank you to anyone who’s ever taken my class, and a special thank you to those that keep coming back no matter how much of an asshole I am. Deep down you know I still love you 😘

And finally the biggest thanks goes to my family, the ones who’ve had to sacrifice the most. I missed so many days, nights, holidays, & vacations working in my younger years and never stopped to enjoy life. Thanking for your patience and support while I’ve learned how to better balance work and personal life. Because as much as I love training people to be their best, nothing makes me happier than seeing my kids grow up 🫶🏻

7. Time strikes again. Words can’t describe how much this kid means to me. He’s my baby, my grumpy dragon every morning, and my rager every night.

He’s my constant, my rock, my steady when life ain’t so. Covid took a lot from many, but it let me spend every minute of everyday with this sweet, loving, and caring little boy and it’s the best gift I’ve ever been given.

I’ve watched him grow from my little skeet, to my big first grader, and I can’t wait to watch some more.
