Quick trip to KC with @lululemon

It was a lot of fun to connect with ambassadors from across the midwest, chatting all things personal, fitness and professional goals. With some time to shop new gear of course. 😎

This industry is filled with some of the most passionate, hardworking individuals I’m ever met. It also comes with unique challenges and it’s nice to feel seen occasionally. 💛

So glad to connect with the best of the best.

The Fontaine Hotel. Beautiful. Great spot to take silly photos with art. 💁🏽‍♀️

More Fontaine Hotel content. Long live millennial peace sign selfies ✌️

Dinner with store managers and ambassadors from Missouri and Kansas.

My beautiful co-ambassador and Pilates instructor @aga_demska 👯‍♀️

Pastry display admiration @messengercoffee — 7x1km the next day means we were on the hunt for carbs 🥐

More silly art modeling at the Fontaine. 💁🏽‍♀️ Photo by @aga_demska

Reassessing values 💛 Important piece of being an athlete/business owner: zooming out and making sure you’re in alignment with what matters.

We’re teaming up with Hello Juice this September for a limited-edition Orangetheory smoothie! Packed with 18g of protein and made with clean, cold-pressed ingredients, it’s the perfect post-workout treat. Even better, $1 from every smoothie sold will benefit Lift For Life Gym, which provides local youth with a safe, positive place to exercise, build confidence and channel their energy. Hello has 2 convenient locations in Kirkwood and the Grove, and we’re so excited to collaborate this month. Available now!

Yesterday, La Forme was full of the best kind of energy ✨.

We had the honor of hosting @lululemon West County for a full-body circuit workout - led by three of the most talented coaches we know! @coachlaura.run took lower body. @coach_timothy took upper body. And our own studio manager and West County lululemon Ambassador, @aga_demska, brought it home on the reformers with core!

Every corner of the studio - inside and out! - was working.

@lululemon showed up with giveaways, post-workout treats, and the energy we love - which is exactly what this partnership feels like. Generous, intentional, and community-first from start to finish.

To everyone who carved out the time to be there: thank you for showing up for yourselves and for each other. That is the energy this studio is built on, and you brought it in full.

And to Aga - watching you step into this role as a Lululemon Ambassador for West County is something we are incredibly proud of. You earned every bit of it. This is just the beginning.

We cannot wait to do more with @lululemon. 🤍

Marathon Month is BACK!

This August, the finish line is whatever you make it. Walk, jog, run, bike, or stride your way through your marathon and watch the miles stack up, one class at a time.

Choose your distance — Half (13.1 mi), Full (26.2 mi), or Ultra (31.1+ mi) — and get it done your way. Every class counts. Every mile adds up. And yes, crossing that finish line comes with a prize 😌

Registration closes Aug 1. Challenge runs Aug 1-31. Register now in app or at the front desk.

Strength isn’t built in one workout. It’s built over time — through consistency, intention, and showing up again and again. That’s exactly what Season of Strength is designed to do.

This morning looked a little different than coaching calls and training plans! 🥰

I had a great time spending the morning with my ambassador team at lululemon West County.

Between all the cute new things (including some pieces that aren’t even online yet 👀) and planning some really fun upcoming events for the St. Louis running community… it was a good reminder that this sport is bigger than just the training alone. And making time to be with others in the community is something I’ll always make time for.

I care a lot about helping athletes perform at a high level, but I care about contributing to a stronger running culture here in St. Louis too.

More to come. 💛

DRI TRI weekend is here! It’s going down this Sunday, and there are still a few spots in the 6:30am full and 10:45am team wave. If you’ve never done a Dri Tri, you must experience it at least once.

Full: 2000m row, 300 body weight reps, 5k run

Team: (teams of 3) 2000m row (split amongst the 3), 150 body weight reps each, 1 mile each on descending inclines

We’ll have goodies from @phormenergy and @3bearsgranola as well as pre/post race massages from @mvmtstl and peptide boosts from @alea_health. Chef Durbin will also be onsite with his *world famous * omelet bar (worth participating just for this).
