The @musiccityfitexpo was a lot of fun on Saturday. I got to meet some cool folks, equipment manufacturers, and some online friends in person.

Official 2026 #curltember shirts did not disappoint! I love an oversized T-Shirt but for you folks that don’t you might want to size down 1. Don’t wanna hide your Gainz, or maybe you do….? 💪🏼 taken in Murfreesboro, TN by @coachcarp76

I went down The Shorty bar rabbit hole in the past few months because of tight spaces. I came out the other end with the Rogue STUMP bar. I think it’s the best Shorty style power bar you can get. It’s basically just a Rogue Ohio Power that’s 30lbs with shorter sleeves, but same feel and knurling. Also, if it’s a newer one, it’s the new updated quieter sleeves, and smoother sleeve so check it out if you have a tiny space and may need one.

They say nobody can move a machine by yourself with a 320 pound stack.

Well….you can if you’re a BIG DOG! Also, I don’t think this is the hip thrust they were talking about.
