Even though I wasn’t overly impressed with the knurling on these @gym_pin Quick Release D handles they’re definitely a nice alternative for pull downs and row. I definitely like the rotation on the handles when paired with the Longy Bar from @darkolifting

🔴⚫ COACH CARP is truly one of the core members of the home gym community. He got his first barbell at SIX YEARS OLD in 1987 and has basically been a home gym/barbell guy ever since.

Carp puts out some of my favorite honest equipment reviews, and the fact that he’s RIDICULOUSLY strong makes them even more useful. He actually pushes equipment to its limits rather than babying it.

Basically, if Coach Carp can’t break it, you probably can’t either.

But what I appreciate most is how supportive he is. I’m convinced he somehow finds time to watch EVERY small home gym creator — liking, commenting, sharing and spreading love regardless of audience size.

THAT is what this community is about.

Thanks so much for capturing this @massenomics . This launch definitely went under the radar (my own fault for not posting about it) but I’m super excited about this idea to expand the use of the Megalith Handles yet again, as well as expand the use of the beloved Ibex system from my dudes over at @dialedmotion . This was just a one off prototype to get some feedback and it seems that the people want it. Stay tuned for more information on this one in the coming months.
