Oh you thought it was over…..?
It’s quite literally just the beginning😈
.
I bought @trifitgvl this past November with my wife @thepowerliftingwife and our business partner
However,
I miss educating people via yelling at the camera, so this is my formal return to Instagram🫡
I’ll just also have gym owner content to sprinkle in the mix now.

The vibes at our charity event for @smashfitnessusa and our friend @wongstwong at @showcasestrengthandfitness were too good for me to not do a slight yolo pull🌝
Me and @_deadliftpapi were tired from running the event but we both said let’s do it for the cause ✊🤌
..

As we’ve been continuously growing here at @trifitgvl I frequently find myself having to continuously brush mounds of chalk off of our barbells here.
Chalk sits on bars, chalk pulls moisture into the bars, moisture turns to rust, rust destroys bars over time.
We have 5 of these beautiful @barbellrescue1 brushes to prevent this very thing from happening.
Please use them.
Don’t make me have to make another reel about this please 😂😭 because the next reel will be a tutorial on how we will fine you for repeatedly not cleaning up after yourself ☹️ by @coachdrewstocklein

One person being following a nutrition plan can often times result in some indirect friction between you and your partner.
It doesn’t have to be as painful as it may initially seem.

Try to assign responsibility or simply be direct and let the other know you are going to be responsible with your own nutrition for X time and try to navigate it together.
@thepowerliftingwife and I always try to be as understanding and supportive of one another even if our goals are not always exactly the same😘❤️ by @coachdrewstocklein

Pre workout isn’t the magical sauce that helps you hit a big lift.
Pre workout gets you in the right frame of mind to hit a big lift.
.
Take pre, get amped up, hit big lifts.

Variations are quite literally earned.🥇

You should be doing a variation because you’re skilled enough to need it, doing it just to do it is low IQ by @coachdrewstocklein

3 key steps if you get hurt lifting🫡
1- See a qualified Clinician. Your coach CANNOT diagnose you 2-Limit ROM to tolerance. That way you can keep training
3- Load management. Don’t engage in shenanigans

Nobody cared for or knew the guy that was Tom Brady’s QB coach👀
