🏋️‍♂️ BIG WEIGHTS. BIG ENERGY. EVEN BIGGER COMMUNITY! 💪🔥 What an incredible day celebrating the sport we all know and LOVE… POWERLIFTING! ❤️ 👏 To all the lifters: CONGRATULATIONS! Whether you hit a PR, battled through a tough lift, or stepped onto the platform for the very first time, you showed up, put in the work, and left it all on the platform. THAT is what this sport is all about! 💪 To the coaches: Thank you for your dedication, guidance, and for always being in your athletes’ corners! ⚖️ To the judges: Thank you for your time, knowledge, and commitment to keeping the competition fair! 🔥 To the spotters and loaders: The unsung heroes! Thank you for keeping our lifters safe, the bars loaded, and the meet moving! 📣 To the spectators, friends, and families: THANK YOU for bringing the energy, cheering loudly, and supporting every athlete who stepped onto that platform! At the end of the day, powerlifting is about more than just the weight on the bar. It’s about COMMUNITY, RESPECT, HARD WORK, and people coming together to push each other to be better. Thank you ALL for continuing to support and grow this incredible sport we all know and love! THREE LIFTS. ONE COMMUNITY. NOTHING BUT RESPECT. 🏋️‍♀️❤️ #Powerlifting #powerliftingcommunity by @trifitgvl
Can you climb the barbell without touching the floor? 👀🔥 This challenge takes grip strength, control, and a whole lot of core. Think you’ve got it? Give it a try at TriFit and tag us! #TriFit #GymChallenge #BarbellChallenge #FitnessChallenge #GripStrength by @trifitgvl
Overhead walking lunges: because regular lunges weren’t challenging enough. 🔥 Every step works your legs, core, balance, and shoulder stability… with the weight locked overhead. Strong, steady, and seriously impressive. Ready to challenge yourself? Come train with us at TriFit! 💪 #GymTok #FitnessReels #StrengthTraining #FitnessMotivation #TriFit by @trifitgvl

Grip switch challenge… how quick can you flip your hands without losing control of the bar? 😅 Looks easy until you try it! Grab a bar, give it a go, and tag TriFit so we can see your attempt. Who’s next? 💪 #GripSwitchChallenge #GymChallenge #FitnessChallenge #GymReel #StrengthTraining by @trifitgvl
As we’ve been continuously growing here at @trifitgvl I frequently find myself having to continuously brush mounds of chalk off of our barbells here. Chalk sits on bars, chalk pulls moisture into the bars, moisture turns to rust, rust destroys bars over time. We have 5 of these beautiful @barbellrescue1 brushes to prevent this very thing from happening. Please use them. Don’t make me have to make another reel about this please 😂😭 because the next reel will be a tutorial on how we will fine you for repeatedly not cleaning up after yourself ☹️ by @trifitgvl
Just getting after it in the gym… one rep, one set, one day at a time. You don’t have to feel ready… you just have to show up and get to work. 💪 Ready to get after your goals? Come train with us at TriFit! Send us a DM and let’s get started. #TriFit #GymMotivation #StrengthTraining #putinthework by @trifitgvl
Can you squat with your toes touching the wall and your arms overhead? 👀 Face the wall, bring your toes right up to it, reach your arms overhead, and squat as low as you can without touching the wall or losing your balance. It looks simple… until you try it. Your ankles, hips, upper back, and balance all have to work together. Give it a try and tell us: What felt like the biggest challenge? 👇 #TriFitMauldin #FitnessChallenge #SquatMobility #MoveBetter #StrengthTraining by @trifitgvl
GET TO KNOW THE TRIFIT TEAM — QUESTION 3 👀🔥 We asked our coaches: What’s one popular fitness idea, trend, or piece of advice you think is overrated? And yeah…we definitely got some opinions. 😂 From “more is better” and endless cardio, to overcomplicated exercises, protein everything, and the fear that lifting heavy will make you “big”…our coaches weren’t afraid to challenge some common fitness beliefs. Because good coaching isn’t about blindly following trends. It’s about understanding what works, why it works, and what actually makes sense for YOU. Swipe through ➡️ and tell us: Which answer do you agree with most? And which one are you ready to argue about? 👀🌶️ #TriFit #FitnessMyths #StrengthTraining #PersonalTraining #GreenvilleSC by @trifitgvl
