HYROX Perth…you are always a vibe 💚

Good little pulse check in my training.
A chance to see where I’m at, where the needle needs to move, and what I need to keep working on.

I may not be the fastest out there, but I’ll be damned if I’m not going to smile, have fun and put on a good show every time I’m out there 🤪

1:17 || 9th in my AG - Pro solo.

The road to sub 70 continues, bit by bit.
Time to improve my sleep and get speedy.

I do this because it’s hard and I like the challenge of something I’m not good at = (running AND solos 🫠)
Don’t forget to enjoy your races, it’s why we do it 🤝🏼

PS: The chewing gum was a paid actor 🙃

Perth was just the warm up 🔥

Nowhere near my ceiling…fueled, fired up, and on a mission. Strong stays, FAST is coming

I no longer ask God to take away my burdens.
I ask Him to broaden my shoulders.

It’s in my failures, not just my victories, that I’ve learnt to rely on Him.

Your worth is in God, not the world.
Don’t measure yourself by human standards.
You are chosen, loved, and created with purpose.

Some chapters deserve more than words ✨

Thank you to everyone who made my last week, and especially my last day, one to remember…alongside all the memories we’ve made over the years.
Incredibly blessed 🥹

Coach Diesel will always be in your corner 🫡
Onwards to the next challenge at Southside.

Grateful for this one.

It’s pretty hard to put into words what this place has meant to me over the last two and a bit years.

It has been so much more than a workplace. It’s been a place where I’ve had the privilege of showing up every day to coach, encourage, challenge and, most importantly, connect with some incredible humans.

While I was quietly carrying a lot behind closed doors, coaching became my constant. No matter what was happening in my own life, walking through those doors and pouring into others gave me purpose.

To every member who trusted me to guide you, push you, celebrate your wins, or simply be there when training felt hard, thank you.
You probably don’t realise how much you gave back to me too.

Watching people become stronger, healthier and more confident has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Not because of the PBs, but because of the friendships, conversations, laughs and moments we shared along the way. 💫

Another blessing…what started as work colleagues turned into two of my best mates, Adz & Hugh. Sharing the gym floor with you both has been nothing short of laughter, learnings and a whole lot of fun 🤟🏼

Bentleigh, you’ll always hold a special place in my heart.
