What are the coaches doing right now? 👀
Turns out…we’re just humans too 😂

Eating, training, working, adventuring, recovering, attempting to keep our lives together…you know, the usual.

You see us for an hour at a time — but there’s a whole lot more going on behind the scenes 💙

Just a tiny glimpse into what your coaches get up to outside BFT 😊

The best part isn’t actually the timetable.

Most people come for the training, but stay for everything else 🫂

Send this to a mate who needs a gym that feels like this.

It’s about time we finally introduce our fiery redhead to the South Yarra Community…welcome Dee 👋🏼🌶️

Dee has been working in the fitness industry for the past 5 years and, unsurprisingly, she hasn’t looked back.

She’s been part of the BFT network for that entire time, most recently making the move across from our good friends at BFT Bentleigh — so she’s been part of the Southside fam for quite some time now 💅🏼

Competition is nothing new for Dee. Growing up, she spent years playing competitive netball and dancing, before getting into Muay Thai and MMA pre-COVID. These days, she’s fully jumped on the HYROX bandwagon and is a self-proclaimed gym junkie.
If she’s not working…she’s probably working out 🤣

“Coaching has given me the opportunity to build genuine connections with people. Seeing them show up, grow and believe in what they’re capable of is why I love what I do.”

Favourite BFT class? Strength Lower🦵🏼

Please give her a warm welcome team! 🤗
