My last Varsity freshman just celebrated her Senior Night! These 4 years have flown by so fast! I have loved watching her mature and grow into such an amazing young lady! I'm forever grateful to her parents @dandreaparnell @mrs_parnell for allowing me to be on this journey!

I set a goal this year to intentionally focus on being a better me! Focus on making myself more marketable in my field, focus on my mental and physical health, and truly live in the Value in which I bring to the table.

Masters ✔️ Adding letters to my name ✔️

Let me put this RAA at the end of my email signature real quick! CAA coming next!

S/N that is not my address on the letter

In this busy athletics life you also enjoy amazing moments! Jace got to participate in the @gameabove clinic on Friday at CT with the @detroitamps

Ju still has his cast on his 👋 dominant hand until Wednesday. 🤦🏽‍♀️😭

I had to show them pictures of #RickMahorn and #GeorgeIcemanGervin when they were in the league to explain how dynamic they were.

In 38 years, I have never created a vision board.

I decided that as I walk into the last year of my 30s, I wanted to be more intentional about taking care of myself- mentally, emotionally, and physically. #BeingMyOwnProtector

I'm excited about the items that I put on my #bingovisionboard

My only goals that involve others are those with my siblings and children. It's a me year!

Here's to documenting me reaching the plan that I have for myself!

This screenshot was sent to me from Sunday's State Finals game. You can see all the stress and worry in @roysteed and I's face. But, we're still proud of how amazing of a season it was for CT! by @coachetrice
