Say it with me ✨CONSISTENCY✨

Perfect effort gets you 3 good weeks.

Consistent effort gets you results you keep year-round (and a life you actually enjoy).

Which one have you been chasing?

I’m not more disciplined than you. I just started focusing on the right things, rejecting the need to do things perfectly and avoiding the mindset of “starting again Monday” instead I simply just keep going, doing my best and showing up because I know long term that’s what pays off.

How many “fresh starts” have you had this year already? Be honest 🫪

If your answer to not seeing results is simply adding more, we need to talk 👀

More isn’t the solution. Doing the right things, consistently, with a plan is what actually changes your body.

Do you “hope” you can achieve your goals, or are you going to achieve your goals? Your language sets the tone and intention towards whatever you do, back yourself!!!

You don’t need more time, you need a better plan. Just ask Sionainn, mum of 2, working full time and training from home!

She didn’t need to train 5 days per week, crazy amounts of cardio or tracking every single calorie. She did need a plan built around her life, the kids, her work calendar and the reality that some weeks the kids are home sick and the “plan” goes out the window, but she still sticks to the fundamentals/what she’s learnt/her best and that’s why she’s not stopping and starting anymore, she persists and gets it done.

Training 3 days per week, prioritising a high protein diet, making it work! It is never about being perfect, instead she is adaptable, have a plan to follow and continues to preserve even on challenging weeks, and that consistency has paid off big time.

Big strength and confidence changes, body recomp and visibly more toned aka she’s a weapon!
