Community Spotlight, Celebrating Rhiannon 📌✨

Rhiannon joined coaching wanting to lose weight, feel more confident, and finally find an approach she could actually stick to.

Without extremes, without starting over every Monday, building something sustainable she enjoys.

Since then, she’s lost 20kg through:
→ Training 3–4x per week
→ Averaging 8,000 steps per day
→ Working with her body and navigating pre-existing injuries

She’s built the habits, structure and understanding to maintain these results long term. How to train, how to eat, and how to show up consistently even when life isn’t perfect.

So proud of you Rhiannon 🤏

20kg down & repping bodyweight chin ups, INCREDIBLE 🤏

Proof that:
It’s not more workouts.
It’s not cutting your calories lower and lower.

It’s structure + consistency + actually progressing your training (Kez trains hard AF).

Kerry didn’t need to “try harder” and simply do more. She needed a plan to follow and the support to stick to it.

This is what happens when you close the gap between effort and execution.

Big shoutout to Kez for showing what’s possible when you back yourself 👏

You don’t need more time, you need a better plan. Just ask Sionainn, mum of 2, working full time and training from home!

She didn’t need to train 5 days per week, crazy amounts of cardio or tracking every single calorie. She did need a plan built around her life, the kids, her work calendar and the reality that some weeks the kids are home sick and the “plan” goes out the window, but she still sticks to the fundamentals/what she’s learnt/her best and that’s why she’s not stopping and starting anymore, she persists and gets it done.

Training 3 days per week, prioritising a high protein diet, making it work! It is never about being perfect, instead she is adaptable, have a plan to follow and continues to preserve even on challenging weeks, and that consistency has paid off big time.

Big strength and confidence changes, body recomp and visibly more toned aka she’s a weapon!

Celebrating Sophie ✨

Sophie starting coaching wanting more consistency, to make better progress and to gain a better idea of how to train for her goals (alongside needing an extra push & accountability).

Her goals included a 100kg deadlift and to hip thrust without it hurting her lower back.

So far we have nailed her deadlift PB, she’s progressed to weighted chin ups & she’s hip thrusting again with no pain, getting stronger consistently. In addition to this, she feels good and she’s loving how toned & athletic she is looking.

So proud of her progress so far, especially as she’s doing this alongside completing her PhD (proof you can do it all, *with* the right plan).

Excited to see what she achieved next, go Soph 🤍

Celebrating mum of 3 Holly 🤍

She joined coaching wanting to “body recomp, lose weight, gain muscle and stick to a plan long enough to achieve results”

For 3 months, she hasn’t missed a session, meal preps every week and has continued to get stronger/fitter. This is the result of having a plan to follow/the right direction and showing up and doing the work.
