Welcome, I’m Reem.
I’m a London-based life & business coach supporting women navigating change,
launching or growing a business, or redefining their next chapter.
I work with capable, experienced women who don’t need more motivation,
but do need clarity, focus, and a way of working that fits real life.
My work helps women:
• launch their business with confidence
• grow a business sustainably
• prioritise what actually moves the needle
• make clear, grounded decisions
• follow through consistently without burnout
Support is available through:
– 1:1 coaching
– Action & Momentum: a structured accountability group for women working from home

…. Just being able to go to the hairdresser to get your hair cut and coloured..
meet some friends for a coffee and a chinwag
putting your feet up in the evening and watching something you actually want to see (like season 3 of the Diplomat- no but seriously what are you waiting for?) without fighting for the remote?
Somewhere along the way, we were sold the idea that happiness had to be earned.
That it had to look like a big career move, a perfect house, the perfect kids and the ever-present “balance” (what even is that).
That ease had to be justified.
That rest had to be deserved.
But the older I get and the more women I work with the more it becomes clear:
It’s the small things that bring us back to ourselves.
Tiny moments of agency.
The ability to choose.
A little time that belongs to you.
When you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched between responsibilities, these moments feel impossible.
And when they’re rare, you start to forget who you are outside of the roles you hold.
That’s what I help women reclaim.
Not a whole new personality.
Not a dramatic life overhaul.
Just… you, with a little more room to breathe, think, feel, and choose again.
If you’re in a season where you’re ready to find your way back to yourself, gently, intentionally, and in a way that actually fits your life, I have space for 2 one-to-one clients this month.
Send me a DM with the word SOFT and I’ll share what working together could look like. 💛
You don’t need a brand new life.
You just need a life that has space for you in it. by @coachingwithreem

Running a business from home sounds flexible. And it can be. But when you’re the strategist, marketer, salesperson, admin team and the person actually delivering the work, the week can disappear very quickly.
And the work that could actually grow the business gets pushed to next week.
Again.
For so many female founders I speak to, the problem isn’t a lack of ambition, ideas or business knowledge.
It’s trying to build a service-based business without the things a team would naturally give you: space to think, clear priorities, accountability and people to bounce ideas off.
That’s exactly what I’ve created inside the Founder Programme.
A 10-week small-group business coaching programme for women who want to step out of the day-to-day, focus on the work that will actually move their business forward and follow it through.
We start Monday 5 October.
If this sounds like the support you’ve been missing, DM me “FOUNDER” and I’ll send you the details.

Summer was… eventful.

There were sunny London brunches, Ascot, a rebellious knee, a cough that apparently moved in permanently, a brief but intense return to football fandom, the South of France, too many pastries, one almost-lost passport, one fractured rib, one missed flight and some truly impressive Monica-in-Barbados hair.

There was also a lot of family time, a proper break, and some very good memories made in between the chaos.

And quietly running through all of it was something I’ve been working on for months.

This summer I spoke to a number of women running service-based businesses about what it actually feels like to build a business largely on your own.

Different businesses. Different personalities. Different stages.

But the same themes came up again and again.

Knowing what needs to be done, but not doing it consistently.

Having too many priorities competing for attention.

Working hard but still feeling as though the business isn’t moving forward quickly enough.

Changing direction when results don’t come fast enough.

And wanting more structure, accountability and support without needing another course full of information.

Those conversations shaped the Founder Program, my new 10-week small-group coaching programme for women running service-based businesses who want to make more consistent progress towards clients and income.

It’s designed to help female founders step out of the day-to-day noise, decide what matters most, follow through on the work that moves the business forward and build a more consistent way of working.

And after a summer of researching, thinking, building, testing — and occasionally limping — enrolment is now open.

We start on 5 October.

You can find all the details through the link in my bio.

And now I’d quite like autumn to involve fewer medical incidents. 😅 by @coachingwithreem

A lot of women say they hate selling.
But when we unpack it, it’s often not selling they hate.
It’s the feeling of being visible with no guarantee.
It’s saying the offer clearly and wondering if people are judging.
It’s putting something out there and getting silence.
It’s worrying that being direct will make them look desperate, pushy, or “too much.”
So they stay helpful instead.
Helpful content is lovely.
But helpful content without clear invitations can keep you very busy and very underpaid.
You do not need to become salesy.
You do not need to fake urgency.
You do not need to shout into your phone like you’ve been possessed by a business bro.
But you do need to let people know what you do, who it is for, and how they can work with you.
Clarity is not pushiness.

There’s a phase of business nobody really warns you about.

At first, you think the hard bit is learning all the things.

Marketing.
Sales.
Funnels.
Strategy.
Content.
Pricing.
Branding.
Networking.
The whole business buffet.

So you learn.
You download.
You listen.
You save posts.
You buy the notebook.
You create the Canva folder.

And then one day you realise…
Oh.
I actually know enough to take the next step.
The problem is not information anymore.
The problem is the fear, the second-guessing, the perfectionism, the “I’ll just tweak this one more time,” the “what if people judge me,” the “maybe I need another webinar before I start.”

Welcome to the second phase of becoming a founder.

The phase where your business growth starts asking you to grow too.
Because you don’t just have to learn how to market.
You have to learn how to move while feeling unsure.

You don’t just need a strategy.
You need the structure and support to actually follow through on it.

So if you are currently over-educated and under-actioning…

Please report to the comments with an AYE.

Let’s see how many of us are out here with the strategy, the notebook, all the podcasts… and still wrestling with the gremlins. by @coachingwithreem

The drafts folder is not a business strategy.

I say this with love, because I too have met the “I’ll just tweak it one more time” version of myself.

Sometimes we call it refining.
Sometimes we call it planning.
Sometimes we call it “just checking if the font is right.”

But be honest: was that planning, or were you hiding in Canva?

One imperfect post can:
start a conversation
help someone understand what you do
give you feedback
build evidence that you can show up
move your business forward, even a little

Seventeen unpublished ones mostly build guilt.

You do not need every post to be profound.
You do not need every caption to change someone’s life.
You do not need to wait until you feel wildly confident.
Doubt can be present without being in charge.

Pick one draft today.
Give it 10 minutes.
Post it or delete it.

No more tenancy rights in the drafts folder.

Save this for the next time you’re overthinking a post.
And if this is the pattern that keeps showing up in your business, DM me FOCUS and we’ll untangle the next right move together. by @coachingwithreem

The emotional cost of inconsistency is underrated.

Because from the outside it looks like:
“I just didn’t post.”
“I didn’t send the follow-up.”
“I didn’t finish the thing.”
“I’ll try again next week.”

But inside, it can feel like:
Why can’t I just do what I said I was going to do?
Why do I keep starting again?
Why am I so inconsistent when I know this matters?

And before you know it, the task is no longer just a task.

It has picked up guilt.
Pressure.
Meaning.
A small suitcase of emotional baggage.

This is why “just be consistent” is lazy advice.

Most women I work with don’t need another motivational quote.

They need:
→ clearer tasks
→ realistic deadlines
→ someone to help them choose what actually matters
→ support when the avoidance starts
→ a way to rebuild trust with themselves through action

Because you do not need blind confidence.

You need evidence.

And evidence comes from doing the next small thing you said you would do.

What’s one thing you keep restarting? by @coachingwithreem

Women building businesses are exceptionally good at pretending they don’t need help. We’ll say:

“I’m fine.”
“I’ll figure it out.”
“It’s not that bad.”
“I just need to be more disciplined.”

And meanwhile, the task has been on the list so long it has tenancy rights.

The reality is:

You are not incapable.
You are under-supported.

Running a business on your own is not the same as doing everything alone.

You went into this because you wanted autonomy, not chaos.

And yes, you can figure things out.
You probably have been figuring things out for years.
But there is a big difference between:
“I’m capable.”

And

“I should have to hold every decision, every deadline, every doubt, every bit of momentum, completely by myself.”

Working alone is not neutral.

No team.
No manager.
No colleague saying, “Have you sent that yet?”
No one helping you sort the actual priority from the 47 tabs open in your brain.

So no, asking for help doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means you’re building something that matters enough to stop winging it in silence.

You know enough.
Now we need to get you moving.

If you’re a woman building a business from home and your to-do list feels like it has developed its own personality, try this.

Before you ask, “What should I do first?” ask:

Will this move me closer to clients, clarity, or cash?
That’s the filter.

Clients means anything that helps people find you, trust you, enquire, book, or say yes.
So that might be posting the piece of content, following up with the enquiry, sending the DM, replying to the warm lead, booking the networking call, or making the offer.

Clarity means anything that helps you stop circling and make a decision.
So that might be choosing the offer, deciding who the post is for, mapping the next step, simplifying the goal, or turning “sort out my marketing” into an actual task.
Because a cloud is not a task.

Cash means anything that moves money closer to the business.
So that might be sending the proposal, raising the invoice, following up on the quote, finishing the paid client work, or creating the thing you’re actually selling.

And here’s the important bit:
If a task does not move you closer to clients, clarity or cash, it may still matter.
But it probably does not need your best brain.
The inbox can wait 30 minutes.
The Canva folders will survive.
The tiny admin jobs do not need to hijack your whole morning just because they are easier to start.

When you work for yourself, especially from home, everything can feel urgent because there is no one else structuring your day.
No manager.
No team.
No clear start or finish.
Just you, your business, your home life, and 47 tabs open in your head.

So this isn’t about doing more.
It’s about choosing better.

Today, pick one task that moves you closer to clients, clarity or cash.
Do that before the noise gets in.

Save this for the next time you’re staring at your list thinking, “Where do I even start?”

And if you want support choosing what actually matters next in your business, DM me FOCUS. by @coachingwithreem

We go into solopreneurship looking for “flexibility and freedom.”

But on that journey, our days can more often look like:
9am: This is going to be amazing, I can definitely do this.
2pm: Should I be on LinkedIn looking for jobs?
5pm: No. False alarm. I’m a genius again.

And honestly? That emotional rollercoaster makes sense.

When you’re building a business without the structure, colleagues, deadlines or feedback loops you’d have inside an organisation, everything starts to depend on your own motivation, confidence and ability to keep going.

But unfortunately, motivation is not a business strategy.

You are not incapable.
You are under-supported.
Working alone is not neutral.

You chose autonomy, not chaos, but autonomy still needs structure.

So if your business mood currently depends on whether someone replied to your email, liked your post, booked the call, or disappeared into the internet forever… you are not the only one.

The work is learning how to keep moving before the evidence is obvious.

That’s where support, accountability and clearer next steps change everything.
