Wondering how to get back into business this September?

Here’s how we work it out together.

Today we opened the new SOS season with our first Back to Business workshop at No.49 St John’s Wood.

After summer, it’s easy to feel a bit disconnected from your business.

You know you need to get moving again.
You know you need to show up.
But sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start.

That’s exactly what we worked through today.

Not by sitting through another training.
By working on our own businesses.
By talking things through.
By testing ideas.
By getting clarity.
By leaving with a plan.

That’s what SOS is about.

We learn, but we also implement.

We support each other, challenge each other, and create the momentum that’s much harder to find when you’re working alone.

And this season, SOS is growing into even more of a business growth community for women entrepreneurs, built around visibility, offers and opportunities.

Today was the first step.

And the energy in the room reminded me exactly why doing this together works 🙌🏻

The next SOS Bootcamp is coming very soon.

Follow @sos.club.london and DM “SOS” to join us.
and stay tuned for the upcoming events 🤍 No fees, real support ✨

Most women leave social media workshops feeling inspired.

Our goal is to leave with a plan.

Yesterday’s SOS workshop was fully booked, and for 2 hours we didn’t talk about creating more content or spending more time on Instagram.

Instead, we built realistic summer content systems.

We identified what actually moves a business forward, created simple 90-day plans, and left with clear next steps that fit around holidays, family life and real schedules.

Because inspiration is lovely.

But implementation is what builds confidence.

This is the heart of SOS. Whether it’s our bootcamps or workshops, we don’t just inspire and teach. We learn together, plan together and actually implement.

Thank you to every lovely SOS member who brought her ideas, questions and energy into the room. You made it special 🤍

And a special thank you to dear Sara and Twoth Dental @twothlondon for generously opening the doors of their beautiful clinic and making this workshop possible. We couldn’t have done it without your support.

Happy International Women’s Day 💕

Today I’m feeling especially grateful to be surrounded by strong, caring and creative women.

A year ago, I pushed my introvert self to step out of my comfort zone and meet new people, which was made easy by wonderful women creating spaces where women can come together, connect and support one another.

I’ve also had the chance to collaborate with some inspiring creative souls and share precious moments with friends, old and new, from ranting to partying to creating or simply enjoying each other’s company.

Today I’m also thinking of all the strong women around the world fighting for their freedom and safety.
Especially my Iranian family in law and friends, who are among the strongest women I know.

We don’t give ourselves enough credit.
We rush. We work. We try.
And somehow… we forget to celebrate the things we did do.

So today at SOS Social Media Club monthly meetup, we made our 2025 Accomplishment Cake: a reminder that every woman in this room has grown, shifted, created, survived, learned, and showed up in ways she doesn’t even realise.

And you?
You did more in 2025 than you think too.
Pause. Look back. You’ll see it ❤️

Because when women share their wins, something magical happens… we lift each other higher ✨

Every month… we grow.
At SOS Social Media Club, each month a new group of NW8 mumpreneurs steps in and walks out more confident, clearer, and finally ready to show up on Instagram with ease.

Month after month, the feeling is the same:
real in-person support, laughter, clarity, and women helping women grow their visibility.

Because Instagram is overwhelming when you try to figure it out alone.
But when you learn together…
your voice grows. Your confidence grows. Your business grows.
And sisterhood wins, every time!

If you’re an NW8 mumpreneur trying to get stronger on Instagram, this is your sign.

✨ December Bootcamp starts 5 Dec – No fees.

Follow @sos.club.london and comment “SOS” to join the club and get all the details for the bootcamp.

Make 2026 the year your Instagram finally works for you.

Can’t get enough of these wonderful sessions and this beautiful community of US !!!
The second session of Face Yoga with Naz @reviverooms was so much fun and we are already waiting for the next one 🥰🥰
Learning the exercises involving how to balance between the over-worked and under-worked muscles on the face, practising the concept of mewing, light massages of the face tissues, practising exercises to help tone the face….well there was so much to the session !
Thanks Naz for making the event so special and thanks Reem @coachingwithreem for hosting the team 🥰🥰
It was a good start of a grey Wednesday !!
Watch out for more …..
