You have a lot of energy, approximately 47 ideas happening at once, and somehow you expect everyone else to keep up. You don’t really “hang out”—you accidentally turn things into an experience, a workout, a retreat, a business idea, or a life lesson.

You’re extremely caring, but your version of caring might involve convincing someone to do something they absolutely did not plan on doing that day. 😂 You’ll feed them, encourage them, organize their entire life…and then casually suggest an ice bath.

You’re direct. You ask questions. You notice everything. You have very little patience for excuses, unnecessary drama, or people who say they want something but refuse to do anything about it.

You’re also fiercely loyal. Once someone becomes one of your people, you’re all in. You’ll hype them up, push them, protect them, & celebrate them.

Do not casually tell Jenn you’ve always wanted to try something.

Apparently I’ve entered my “things I think but usually don’t say out loud” era. 😂

Because after 20+ years in the fitness industry, I have heard some THINGS.

“I can’t afford coaching.”
Pulls up in an $80,000 car carrying a designer bag.

“I don’t have time to work out.”
Screen time: 7 hours and 42 minutes.

“I eat really healthy.”
Coffee is 600 calories and somehow we forgot about the handfuls, bites, drinks and weekend.

“I’ve tried everything.”
Everything except consistency, apparently. 😂

Listen, I love you. I really do.

But sometimes my face has a meeting with my thoughts before my mouth gets the memo. 💀

So I turned those thoughts into pictures.

I assure you, it probably represents about 437 conversations I’ve had over the last two decades. 😂😂

@abcfitnessinc & the Girls Turlock high varsity volleyball team bonding retreat. If you know what we do… we put together retreats all over the world and we had the privilege of doing one for this amazing team. It was more than a trip to Tahoe. It was the beginning of a season.
A chance to connect beyond the court. To discover what leadership really looks like, build confidence on and off the court. To communicate.
To trust. To step outside our comfort zones. To recognize the strength in ourselves—and one another.
Confidence was built.
Leaders stepped forward.
Teammates became closer.
And memories were made that will last long after the season ends.

To My Husband, Captain Neal ❤️

Today, all of the early mornings, late nights, missed holidays, sacrifices, hard calls, and years of dedication have led to this moment.

Watching you earn the title of Captain fills me with so much pride, not because of the rank, but because I know the man behind it.

Our boys get to see firsthand what leadership looks like. That’s a legacy far greater than any badge.

No better place than Tamarindo to slow down and truly feel it all.

On this Easter Sunday, we’re soaking in God’s creation — zip lining through the jungle, surrounded by beauty, gratitude, and the life @jarred_abcfit have built together over the last 28 years.

A reminder that His love shows up everywhere… in the adventure, in the stillness, in our family, and in this incredible place.
