Ed was back in the gym today, for the first time in six weeks, after full knee replacement on his right knee. He is actively pushing to get full range of motion back. It is a long process but well worth struggle.

Didn’t feel like lifting today.
Body felt tight. Warm-up took forever.
First attempt was a bail.

But I stayed with it.
Reset. Tried again.

+45lb PR.

Some days the lesson is simple:
the biggest breakthroughs happen when you show up, even when you don’t feel like it.

Today isn’t just about a heavier lift—it’s about what it represents. Every rep, every set, every day someone shows up when they’re tired, busy, or not feeling 100%… it all adds up to moments like this.

PRs are proof that consistency works. That choosing yourself matters. That investing in your strength—mentally and physically—changes more than just what you can lift.

Because what’s built in the gym doesn’t stay in the gym. The discipline, patience, and resilience carry over into life—into how we handle challenges, how we show up under pressure, and how we keep growing into a stronger version of ourselves.

This is bigger than weight on a bar. It’s about who you’re becoming. 🔥

If you guessed that this would be turned into a bathroom, you’re right! @tuffshed

This Tuff Shed is being transformed into a fully functional outdoor bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, shower and more. Whats normally used as a simple storage space, is turning into one of the most unique and practical projects I’ve taken on.

Converting a shed into a working bathroom isn’t just about installing fixtures. It takes careful planning, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and electrical work to make it comfortable and fully usable. From running water lines and setting up proper waste systems to waterproofing the interior and creating a clean, finished look, every step brings it closer to feeling like a real bathroom.

Definitely one of the coolest transformations yet! Taking something simple and turning it into something completely functional.
