New update to the MBP app is live 🔴 and it just made tracking way easier 📲

Here’s what’s inside:

🍽️ Log meals in seconds. search it, scan the barcode, or just snap a photo
👟 Steps sync automatically through Apple Health
🏋️ Workout of the day with video demos for every exercise
🔄 No equipment? Swap any movement with one tap
💬 Comment on any exercise and get a reply within 24 hours

This is the difference between “hoping” you’re on track and knowing you are. Your coach sees everything: meals, steps, workouts — so nothing slips through the cracks.

While most athletes are sleeping in, a small group is out here putting in the work that separates them come tryout season. 🏆

We have **a few spots left** for summer training at MBP. And once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This isn’t just a workout. It’s the edge your athlete has been missing.

✅ Strength
✅ Speed
✅ Mental toughness
✅ Real results

Whether it’s your kid or yourself… if you’re serious about leveling up this summer, now is the time.

DM me “SUMMER” and let’s talk about your goals👇 or go to MBP-TV.app and register for your spot

*Spots are limited. First come, first served.

Throwing it back this Thursday to 2011. Was cleaning out the storage room and found this treasure of a poster. Mad it reminded me how old I was, but happy to see faces I haven’t seen in a long time.

Don’t let the moments pass by too fast, enjoy the “good ole days” while you’re in them, not only when they’re memories. #MBPTV

As a proud USC Trojan 🏈🐎✌️, I have to admit I’m kinda obsessed with my son’s 🐾💙🏈 team. He is fast & feisty; I’d like to think like his mom, yet he reminds me he needs to eat more 🥩 like his dad to become a giant.😂 The faith & fellowship after our team’s deep loss🥹, has led us to “be strong & courageous…God is with you wherever you go.”🙏🕊️ Fight on!🇺🇸 #wildcats #lfg #football #footballmom #faith #postoftheday by @coachmalek
