Things need to change. A human is a human is a human. This has been going on far to long. I am ashamed that my black brothers and sisters have to live in fear and oppression. Us as white people need to deploy LOVE, KINDNESS, EMPATHY, and COMPASSION. None of us got to choose the color of our skin so STOP using it as a way to divide and separate us. The fact that someone who happened to be born black has to live in fear of something that they have no control over hurts my heart and it should hurt yours too. If it doesn’t you need to look in the mirror and work to change your mindset. Hate is learned. Hate is not something we are born with. So hate can be unlearned. I AM YOUR ALLY!

We did it! Run steak has started! 30 days and over 5 full marathons of distance in April. Enjoy for a moment but now it is now behind us and it’s up to you to keep moving forward and knocking at the doors of your limits. We all had a great Marathon month. I’m hungry for more now! We’ve got you covered in tomorrow’s #OrangetheoryAtHomeworkout.WaterRowers for everyone! (Just kidding.) We all miss the total body workout that our WaterRower provides, so today we’ll focus on targeting all those muscle groups. Grab two gallons of water or two large water bottles to help with these exercises. If you’re really missing the rower experience, try swirling the water while you exercise. And, and as always, hydrate! 💦
