I genuinely dare you to find someone who loves their job more than I do.
//
About a month ago I accepted a job with Chatham University as their Head Swim and Dive Coach!! It’s been an absolute pleasure and joy to be this team’s head coach. College coaching has been a dream of mine that I honestly gave up on, having had no prior college coaching experience, and now I’m quite literally living my dream!!!!! Thank you @chathamcougar for taking a chance on me. Thank you @chathamswd for trusting and leaning on me the way you have, I’m HONORED to be here with you. We had a rockstar weekend (thank you @malone_swimdive for hosting us!!) and know we still have plenty work ahead of us - but the PAC won’t be ready for the Chlorine Cougs come February😮‍💨😤 #rollcougs by @coachmorgans

WHAT A WEEK!!!!!!!

I got the opportunity to travel with Allegheny Mountain Swimming (to my favorite place) for the Eastern Zones Age Group Championship and boy did we have THE BEST TIME!!!

We took 51 swimmers and everyone made so many new friends and had so much fun! I am so thankful for this opportunity to get to work with these other coaches and get to know these kids and I can’t wait to see everyone on the pool deck sometime soon!!

Check out everything we accomplished this week!!

• FIVE new AMS records
• EIGHT new EZ Records
• 53 top 8 finishes
• 18 FIRST place finishes
•NUMEROUS amounts of best times! taken in Richmond, Virginia by @coachmorgans

It was a cold but FUN first Scott Sharks practice!!

Despite the cold weather, the kids were eager to get in, swim, and have a good time; the coaches were brave enough to endure the cold and rain while everyone had fun; and we are so excited to see what our summer holds🤩🤩 taken in Scott Township Swimming Pool by @coachmorgans

Dear HAC,

Thank you for a year I will never forget filled with memories that will never fade. You welcomed me with open and loving arms and embraced my craziness. I am so thankful that each and every one of you has been flexible, understanding, and patient with me and my unconventional drills/sets/activities as well as my unique coaching style and ideas. I am so happy we were able to have lots of fun and still get the work done. I have made so many memories that I will carry with me forever and I am so appreciative for the friends/family I have made here.

This is not goodbye, it’s see you later.

Peace✌🏼 Love 🫶🏼 and Blessings 🙏🏼

I love you all🧡
-Coach Morgan
