COACHRY PERFORMANCE VOLLEYBALL IS EXTREMELY EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE COACH BROOKE!

Coach Brooke brings years of playing experience and a passion for helping athletes become more confident, skilled, and competitive players.

Brooke began her club career during her 12s season as a setter for FC United before continuing with Show Me Volleyball Academy for two years. She then played three years with Core STL before finishing her club career with High Performance during her 18s season as a setter.

Brooke attended St. Francis Borgia High School, where she played all four years as a setter and graduated in 2024.

Brooke continued her academic and athletic career at East Central Community College, where she played for two years. She became a consistent and driven team captain and earned Second Team All-Region honors as a setter.

As a setter, Brooke understands the importance of confidence, hard work, motivation, communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and making quick decisions under pressure. Most importantly, she understands what it takes to continue improving and competing at a high level.

If your athlete is looking to improve their setting, decision-making, confidence, leadership, or overall game, private lessons with Coach Brooke are a great opportunity to get quality one-on-one training.

Volleyball is just the beginning! Volley Tots is designed to get kids moving, learning, and having FUN while building important skills they’ll use in volleyball and everyday life. We’ll work on hand-eye coordination, motor skills, agility, movement, balance, serving and catching basics, teamwork, and sportsmanship all in a fun, age appropriate environment. Everything is better with a friend so bring them as well!

And parents, this one is for you too! 🙌 Drop the kids off, go grab your groceries, enjoy a quiet coffee, run some errands, or simply take 40 minutes for yourself. You can have peace of mind knowing your kids are staying active, making friends, learning new skills, and having a great time with Coach Ry and the CoachRy Performance Volleyball team.

Yesterday was a great reminder of why I love what I do and why I’m so passionate about Franklin County volleyball.

I’m fortunate to have an incredible community that believes and, supports the mission of developing and improving volleyball in Franklin County, and most importantly believes in putting our athletes first.

Since I didn’t have any private lessons scheduled yesterday, I had the opportunity to volunteer my time and assist the Our Lady of Lourdes 8th Grade Volleyball team during their practice. We worked on different skills, competed in game-like situations, and even played a few games.

For me, its about giving back, sharing knowledge, and helping athletes become better players and better people whenever and wherever I can.

A huge thank you to the coaches for allowing me to be part of practice and for trusting me with your athletes. I had a blast!

Best of luck the rest of the season, ladies! Keep working, keep competing, and keep having fun!

CoachRy performance is extremely excited to announce that coach Katie will be joining us to offer private lessons and can book now!!

Coach Katie brings more than 20 years of volleyball experience as both a player and coach. A four-year varsity starter at St. Francis Borgia High School, Katie earned All-State honors and helped lead her team to district and sectional championships and a second-place state finish.

Katie continued her playing career at Missouri Southern State University, where she was a four-year starter and competed as both a middle and outside hitter. She finished her collegiate career with more than 1,000 kills and earned Second-Team All-MIAA, MIAA Academic Honor Roll, and MIAA Scholar Athlete honors.

With more than 10 years of coaching experience, Katie has worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels through clubs, camps, schools, and private training. Her coaching philosophy focuses on strong fundamentals, confidence, consistency, and developing a deeper understanding of the game.

Katie also brings extensive knowledge of fitness, movement, and nutrition through her work as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of FUEL for Impact. Her experience helps athletes develop strength, mobility, healthy movement patterns, and overall confidence.

Private lessons with Coach Katie can focus on:

* Serving and passing
* Defense and footwork
* Hitting and attacking
* Blocking
* Position-specific training
* Volleyball IQ and court awareness
* Fundamentals and consistency
* School and club preparation
