SATURDAY | Celebrating the life of a great man in the only way we know how.

John wasn’t just Mark’s dad. He was his biggest supporter. Whether it was standing on the sidelines of a rugby pitch, encouraging his legal career or helping bring the dream of Vale CrossFit to life, John was always there.

This building quite literally carries his fingerprints. He helped build it with his own hands.

Although John is no longer with us, his legacy lives on every single day through the community that fills this space. Every class, every friendship, every challenge overcome together is part of something he helped create.

This Remembrance WOD isn’t just about fitness. It’s about remembering a great man, celebrating the life he lived and honouring the legacy he left behind.

We’d love for you to join us as we celebrate John’s life in the house that he helped build. ❤️

Running at 8am and 9am, it’s a partner workout, we’ll fit everyone in.

See you on the floor 🙏 taken in Vale CrossFit by @coachschropf

We’re really excited to introduce Mark.

He’s a CrossFit Level 2 coach, current owner of Vale CrossFit and someone who brings a huge amount of energy, care and honesty into everything he does.

Mark is someone who always puts people first, whether that’s in a class, helping someone behind the scenes or just making sure everyone feels part of it.

…Oh, and he goes off too hot EVERY SINGLE TIME. taken in Pontyclun by @coachschropf
