SATURDAY | Celebrating the life of a great man in the only way we know how.

John wasn’t just Mark’s dad. He was his biggest supporter. Whether it was standing on the sidelines of a rugby pitch, encouraging his legal career or helping bring the dream of Vale CrossFit to life, John was always there.

This building quite literally carries his fingerprints. He helped build it with his own hands.

Although John is no longer with us, his legacy lives on every single day through the community that fills this space. Every class, every friendship, every challenge overcome together is part of something he helped create.

This Remembrance WOD isn’t just about fitness. It’s about remembering a great man, celebrating the life he lived and honouring the legacy he left behind.

We’d love for you to join us as we celebrate John’s life in the house that he helped build. ❤️

Running at 8am and 9am, it’s a partner workout, we’ll fit everyone in.

Neither of you are super-invested into HYROX. You don’t train it and you don’t care about anyone in the sport but me, and yet flew across Europe to watch me compete. You’re some of the most supportive friends I have and seeing you guys there for me as I run in circles and push somewhat heavy things for (hopefully) under an hour means more than either of you could know.
