To our day-one crew, this one hits different.

We truly wouldn’t be here without you.
Your belief in us before we were anything — before the rig was built, before the classes were full — gave us the opportunity to take the leap.

A little overdue, but a BIG shoutout to our Coast Mountain crew who have been putting their fitness to the test on the competition floor!

🏋️‍♀️ Sara & Marla headed down to SoCal to compete in the Mixed Team division at the Neuro competition!

Tayah took on the Teen Division at Wodapalooza, Bringing home a 🥇

We absolutely LOVE seeing our members step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves, and represent Coast Mountain CrossFit beyond our gym walls.

It’s not just about the results. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and having the courage to compete!

Mountain Madness 2026 in North Van was a day to remember, and that’s all thanks to Coast Mountain CrossFit @coastmountaincf who built it, Steven Fry @steven.fry.for.real who captured every moment of it, and of course the athletes who highlight exactly what makes the athletic community so damn incredible to be a part of.

RaceCapture is a platform for hybrid fitness media, and we feel lucky to host events like this, for the athletes and for the local media teams who show up for them. We are so appreciative of your trust and incredible talent @steven.fry.for.real

When you hire local media teams, you give athletes photos and an experience they’ll never forget, while supporting and empowering local creators to do what they do best. Let’s keep changing the game, for athletes and creators, together. Because for working this hard, everyone deserves the best.

What. A. Day.

A massive congratulations to all of our podium finishers across RX, Intermediate & Scaled! 🥇🥈🥉 You showed up, worked hard and made us proud!

But Mountain Madness is so much more than the podium. ❤️

To our incredible volunteers, judges and everyone who helped behind the scenes — THANK YOU. We truly couldn’t have pulled this day off without you.

A 6-week, baby-friendly strength program designed to help new mums reconnect with movement, rebuild strength and confidence, and meet other mums along the way. 🤍

We’re pumped to announce @steven.fry.for.real as the official photographer for Mountain Madness 2026! 🏔️🔥

Steven will be on the competition floor capturing all of it — the big lifts, the pain faces, the celebrations, the chaos 😂 and hopefully a few photos where you actually look good while doing CrossFit.

After the competition, Steven will have professional photos available for athletes and members to purchase, so if you want some epic shots from the day, you’ll have the opportunity to grab your favourites! 📸

So bring the energy, hit the lifts and maybe remember where the camera is. 👀😂
