Mountain Madness 2026 in North Van was a day to remember, and that’s all thanks to Coast Mountain CrossFit @coastmountaincf who built it, Steven Fry @steven.fry.for.real who captured every moment of it, and of course the athletes who highlight exactly what makes the athletic community so damn incredible to be a part of.

RaceCapture is a platform for hybrid fitness media, and we feel lucky to host events like this, for the athletes and for the local media teams who show up for them. We are so appreciative of your trust and incredible talent @steven.fry.for.real

When you hire local media teams, you give athletes photos and an experience they’ll never forget, while supporting and empowering local creators to do what they do best. Let’s keep changing the game, for athletes and creators, together. Because for working this hard, everyone deserves the best.

Wodapalooza SoCal 2026! My first FIRST! 🥇🥹💓

We came into this comp with one goal: to win - and we did just that!
If you’ve been following along, you know I’ve had my fair share of second places - from WZA & NorCal by 3 points, to Nationals & Commonwealth by 1 kg. So finally getting to stand at the top of the podium felt so surreal and rewarding! 💓

I’m really proud of all the work we’ve put in to get here. So many hard, long days in the gym, along with a lot of work on my confidence and believing in myself.
I couldn’t have done it without @glenn.grave . I’m so grateful to have such a dedicated coach who is all in, puts so much energy into my programming and training, and pushes me both in and out of the gym every single day. 💓

I’m thankful for a weekend around such such kind + fit girls, because they truly are what makes competing so much fun! And they keep raising the bar - shoutout to @oliviadavis_cf for her insane 2+ minute HS hold and @julia_konovalovv for absolutely destroying the Echo Bike! 🔥

A huge thank you to my parents and family who are my number one supporters, my gym community, and every single person who takes the time to follow my journey and show me support. It means more than you know! And of course, thank you to all the organizers and volunteers who make WZA possible! 💓

18 days until we leave for @wodapalooza SoCal !!! Two more weeks of hard training & workout testing coming up and then I get to COMPETE ❤️‍🔥 We have some big goals for this one ☝️😚

Meet the people responsible for making our legs strong enough for all those crazy hikes 💪🏼⛰️

This time, we took our @coastmountaincf out of the gym and onto the trail - straight to Elfin Lakes. We invited CrissFit family, but nobody invited bears families 🤪🐻

15+ bears spotted in ONE hike!
Definitely our new record!

Absolutely lovely views, we love this trail, great company, lots of laughs and more wildlife encounters than we could have possibly expected.

A huge thank you to the @coastmountaincf team for trusting us with your adventure and bringing such a great energy to the trail! 🫶🏻

And if your company, team, or community needs a hiking adventure outside the offices - we know a few trails 😂 And would love to organize it for you. (The bears, however, are not included in the package 😂🐻)
