POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s been a wild ride with a ton of uncertainty at every turn, never knowing if the next thing would work.

Each experience built upon the last and opened doors I never imagined.

Especially guiding, which gave me so many chances to film in hard to reach places in crap weather 🌧️❄️ by @cobikrumholz

Here are two ways you can start today:

1. Pull out your phone and record an answer to A question you get all the time.

2. Tell me your process. This can be a time lapse of you working, individual clips of different steps, or are you recording a clip talking to camera where you explain what you’re working on and why while showing what you’re working on. by @cobikrumholz

You’re already putting yourself out there. So why are you being silent here?

If you want an easy place to start for creating content, pick up your phone and answer the questions you get all the time? by @cobikrumholz

1. Point of view: grabs attention and shows people what the job actually looks like
2. Meet the team: lets clients know who they’ll be working with
3. B-roll: gives you footage for every other kind of post

Next time you’re on a job, pick one, pull out your phone, and record for 30 seconds. by @cobikrumholz

Every day, week, month you delay posting is a time that your competitors are getting in front of your ideal customers.

Here are 3 things you can create today to start building that relationship now. by @cobikrumholz

One of the easiest ways to create content, without coming up with new ideas or finding extra time, is to answer the questions customers already ask you.

Just record it and post it. by @cobikrumholz

Every post should do one of 3 jobs: get seen, build trust, or book the job.

Are you using each of these?

Save this for the next time you plan your posts. by @cobikrumholz

In an effort to get out of my head and stop overthinking posting, I challenged myself to post every day for 30 days. Here are my 3 main takeaways:

1. Reuse your best ideas
2. Make not posting not an option
3. Plan ahead and batch create

Are you in for the next 30? by @cobikrumholz

Here are the three main lessons I learned from posting every day for the last month. by @cobikrumholz

Busy season is when you’ve got the most real work to show.
Here’s how to film it without slowing down:

1. Pick one thing you’re doing that day
2. Say why it matters
3. Show what happens when it’s done wrong.

Do that from the first day of the job to the last and you’ve got a series.

What’s one step on your current job that most people never see? by @cobikrumholz

I’ve been using the same job footage for a ton of my posts. Making the most of the footage already captured.

Here’s how you can do the same.

What to capture on your next job:
• wide shots of the whole job
• the details: hands, tools, materials
• a point of view shots: what you see while you work
• your crew doing the work
• before, during and after, from the same spot
• you answering the questions customers always ask

And how to use it:
• Process: cut 3-5 clips of one step and say why you do it that way
• Results: before and after from the same spot.
• FAQs: put the question on screen and answer it with the job behind you
• One-shot: your best clip + a text hook
• Carousels: screen grab stills

Everything you film becomes a b-roll library for your carousels, your other videos, even single-shot posts.
