full transparency; this past year/half has been rough on me & I needed to reconnect to my art offline. So, I gave myself 2 months to work on my illustrations without expectation of selling them. Even if this meant reaching less clients & taking a bit of a financial hit. Tattooing deserves my full presence and I’m so happy I took this small break to reconnect to my inner self in order to show up stronger for my clients. I’m forever grateful for my regulars who cheered me on and kept me booked, taking the pressure off and easing my guilt. Thanks to you, I now feel motivated and excited about creating again 🖤 by @coblou

If this is your vibe my books are open all summer long , let’s chat! #ottawatattooshop #ottawatattooartist #ottawatattoo by @coblou

The environment in which you get tattooed can really impact your overall experience! Nervous system care is really important to me during the tattoo process and our space at @inbloomtattoocollective really fosters that 🖤 @byronjtattoo spent years cultivating this vibe and I’m honoured to continue with this intention. My goal in this industry is making sure every client that sits in my chair feels cared for and at home in our space. ✨ my books are open for the spring ! I’ve been wanting to do a take on the classic pin-up style for a long time 🪐🚀☄️Really stoked on how this one came to be! This piece is really reminiscent of some old sketchbook pieces I have from 2016 & I’ve been wanting to bring this style into my tattoo portfolio. If anyone is interested in a reworked version of the last photo , send me an email and let’s talk👀 (UPDATE: mushroom sketch is claimed 🩷) by @coblou
