🎉 HAPPY HALF TERM MONDAY 🎉

There were much needed lie ins this morning and we will be taking the time to relax, rest and recuperate this half term following a loooonnnnng first term back at school...

And, with everything else that's been dominating the news this past week, we've been thinking about how we can do our bit here @cocayogakids 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

This coming Saturday, join me for one of two FREE kids yoga classes.

Whether your children have practised before or are completely new to it, yoga is a great way to calm the mind, strengthen the body and explore our emotions.

Today I had the pleasure of teaching this little superstar! 💫

One of my regular students to join me over lockdown for my online classes, it was so exciting to teach her face to face for our one-to-one session, a stone's throw from our local beach! 🧘🏼‍♀️

She joined me after her first day back at school 👏 and we practised our balances and twists. She was awesome! 🙌

🌞 August break 🌞

As you may know, online classes via @hotpodyogamargate have now finished, so I am going to take a little time out to spend time with my babes. ❤❤❤

I'm working on a new class timetable for online and face to face classes for different age groups in September so will keep you posted!

Exciting times ahead for @cocayogakids 🙏💙

Hey everyone! Really excited to be back and teaching again tomorrow.

We'll be practising our twisted poses including Mermaid 🧜🏾‍♀️ and reverse Half Moon! 🌜Twists are great for our spines and can even help with digestion!
