I caught up with lovely Beth earlier this week to find out what she has been up to and am sharing the story of her journey starting her kids yoga classes @cocayogakids over on my blog. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This Saturday she is offering two online Halloween themed classes for kids via zoom and they're completely free. She said 'Whether your children have practised before or are completely new to it, yoga is a great way to calm the mind, strengthen the body and explore our emotions.' You just have to DM her to book @cocayogakids⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ https://www.rebeccadouglas.co.uk/blog/2020/09/27/yoga-branding-photography-margate-coca-yoga/⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #yogamargate #kidsyoga #brandphotography #brandphotographer #kentbusiness #lifestyleguide ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #ramsgate #margate #broadstairs #westgateonsea #birchington #cliftonville #canterbury #whitstable #madeinkent #visitkent #visitthanet #lovethanet #kentbusiness #personalbrandphotography #kentlife #thanetlife #thanetbusiness #kentcoast #margatecreatives #margateismagic #margatelife #keepitkent

This month I've been on some lovely brand shoot adventures, telling the visual stories of some amazing businesses in Thanet. Meet @cocayogakids - which stands for 'Come one come all', what a lush inclusive name. Beth specialises in teaching yoga classes for kids, supporting their minds, bodies and souls. I know a lot of friends have mentioned their smalls are starting to feel the impact of lockdown and the great news it that Beth runs an online kids class every week with the epic crew at @hotpodyogamargate - certainly one to check out! . . Bex's Brand Booster sessions will be making a return from w/c 6th July. To help brands & businesses juggle the balls and take steps forward, I've decided to halve the normal shoot session with me. Minimum book is normally an hour session, but I am offering a limited number of sessions for 30 minutes and these will be £150. Sessions must take place in Thanet, which is near to my base.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you'd like to book a session, drop me an email hello@rebeccadouglas.co.uk or DM for more information. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
