Happy Friday

Sometimes I just want to look into a camera and sing a song.
This one is one you can sing to yourself.. to someone you care about... Remind yourself how fortunate to be alive, to be in your flesh and bones .. to embrace yourself through all the seasons.

I love @asaofficial like a problem. I'm sure many of us to. She's always been an inspiration to me... Super authentic.. so real . And unapologetically herself!

Anyways.. enjoy this short mini cover.

Take a moment to embrace yourself today.

It was an honor to celebrate Black Consciousness Day with friends from Brazil and around the world. A humble reminder of how much we continue to fight for liberation of many oppressed peoples of the world and the unceasing efforts to continue to fight for true liberation.

Hello good people!

It's been a MINUTE! But your wait is over! Your girl will be jamming out in Etna this weekend at the Etna Riverfront Park for a fun evening of reggae, jazzy renditions and much more.
Come join my friends and I from 8 PM to 10 PM.
Bring Your Own Chair, Bring Your Own Drinks!

The actual park has little parking but there is space close to the park close to the park!

See y'all there!! by @cocoafrique
