Super Sunday! Or whatever day it is that you’re reading this. The sun is shining (so bright I couldn’t bother to open my eyes for pictures ha 🙃) on this cold winter day and because it’s the weekend, I get to workout in the morning, which I absolutely love. It’s my favorite way to get the day started and usually gives me a chance to catch up with my people who are down to grow and get stronger together. I’m grateful for every opportunity we get to challenge each other and ourselves, in and out of the gym

It’s always a great time when you get to sweat with friends!! 💦

We may not get to see loved ones for happy hour or chow down as much as we once did. But when your people say yes to a group workout sesh and come to get their 🍑 WHOOPED with you, leaving puddles of sweat on the floor, that sort of coming together hits different! Doing something to improve your health with ones you love feels even more bonding. It’s definitely what’s needed this holiday season, and every season for that matter!

And finding a trainer to guide each of you through a tough workout, reminding you to make it your own, that’s the secret sauce ✨Thanks to @train.with.dorian at @ekstasis.studio for hosting us and giving us all that work 💪🏽🙌🏽

Until the next sweat sesh ✌🏽

Always, Alisyn
